Contractor installed grab bars in three bathrooms along with extra towel racks. He was polite, very capable with lots of experience in aging in place changes, recommended only the installations needed and spent only the time needed to make the installments. We already made a second appointment with him for installation of additional retrofits. More than pleased.

He arrived 40 minutes late. It took 25 minutes to remove 2 mower blades because he didn't have a torque wrench. He was gone over an hour to get the blades sharpened at the Ace a few miles away. It took 10 minutes to put the blades back on. He was very nice and gave me a good tip about an easier way to scape the mower. This was definitely not worth 389.00! I used the torque wrench I offered him just to make sure the blades were tightened.

Steve provided Excellent service and quality work. It is important to know that there is a service available to do any odd job or project. Steve not only completes the project in its entirety, but he goes above and beyond being top notch in the service provided. Very knowledgeable and highly recommended.

He arrived to replace a Whole House Fan, he arrived on time. Looked at the directions and a video from the manufacturer and knew what had to be done and went to work. Very professional, knew what he was doing and used finest workmanship for the installation. Including cutting wallboard on the ceiling, adding a two by four joists in the Attic and then running an electrical cable to an outlet in the ceiling of the garage. Project was finished, test it out and work just perfect. He then cleaned up all the mess that was generated by cutting holes and insulation falling. Recently called this company and for two services, they wanted to charge me 369 for two hours worth of work per unit that I needed work done on, but they werent actually the same amount of work. I would strongly recommend people stay away from this company.

If I could give this company 10 stars I would! Nathan is honest, reliable, hard working, and did a fantastic job changing out our siding and fixing wood rot we had! Not only did he do a great job he is affordable! If you need any services done Nathan is your man! He is now our go to handy man!

Kyle did a great job. I was between repairing and replacing. Overall Im happy with the repair. Im not sure Im a fan of the business model. I would have preferred to have the repairman come before the day of the job and determine what needed done. I was not sure but Kyle figured it out. He had to go buy materials which was on the clock. We started with an estimate of six hours on the one job for the total job that I had originally quoted. But we ended at eight. Not sure I couldnt have replaced the door for about the same amount of money. But I wouldve had to do it myself. Im happy with the work Kyle did, Just dont like not having a job quote

My experience with these guys was actually really awesome, the guy Kyle that did my install had an awesome attitude, was always happy to be there very respectful Etc.... The install just happened so I dont know if there will be any problems but Im sure they will take care of it if there are any problems. The only thing I didnt like was that the job was estimated to be one cost and then it went up quite a bit by the end cause of the extra time that it took and some other things, but outside of that I dont have anything negative to say, its nice to know I can call these guys for various things...they were also very professional with scheduling and picking up the phone in general.

Had a good experience getting 4 doors repaired and a power outlet put back in place correctly. Im not fond of the handyman going out and shopping for things that are needed for the job. In our case, he was gone over an hour hunting down handles for a closet door repair. It doesnt seem like a good use of time. Our handyman, Sean, was very pleasant and careful while doing his work. All work was completed to our satisfaction with some additional touch up work that we will complete.

Rich did a great job fixing the fence. It looks so much better. The conditions were wet and muddy and Rich managed it all with aplomb. Thank you! This was my first time using Ace Handyman Services. What a find! The service was immediate (didnt have to wait a long time for an appointment) and the cost was better than expected. I plan to use the service again and will spread the word to friends and family too.

4 stars for the craftsmen that did the job. They were on time and worked efficiently. 1 star for the estimator/scheduler. When I called to get a quote for a complete bathroom remodel and asked if they were going to look at the lob I was told they could bid it from there. I was given a good price with an estimate of three and one half days to complete. Was told if it went longer they would bill it as time and material. Knowing that amount of time was not enough I made the assumption that once they were on the job they would stay until it was finished. Wrong, after 3 days the craftsman was pulled from the job because he had estimates to do and it was going to take a half day more than originally planned. So they pulled off the job for 4 days leaving us with a bathroom with no flooring, toilet, or sink, a bedroom full of materials, a toilet in the living room and the garage floor covered with linoleum. All because the project needs a half day longer. Four days later they returned and finished the project. Lesson learned we will never have a job bid by someone that never visits the site.

Ive used Cody twice, once for 4 small odd jobs and another for replacing drop ceiling tiles. He did a great job. Hes very professional and easy to work with. I would recommend him! I requested Cody to do work in my basement family room. He installed baseboards, framed in 3 new windows and installed drywall with an access door around the water shutoff valve. Im very pleased with his work!

I had so many little things that needed done around the house and outside, Fixing a deadbolt lock, fence and gate repair, putting up smoke detectors throughout the house and gutter cleaning. Awesome service! Perfection! I needed a kitchen cabinet door repaired that had torn away from the woodwork. The door and hinges were in tack, but had ripped from the wood - my husband was trying to break his fall and grabbed the cabinet door to lessen the fall. Jeff G. made everything look good as new. Actually, Jeff was fixing a botched job by a previous handyman that scammed me. The previous handyman charged $200 for 20 mins worth of work, for a messy job; the door wouldnt even close when he was done. Jeff has a very pleasant personality. He was professional and quick with the task at hand. I would definitely use ACE Handyman services again. They are my new go to for home repairs. Thank you ACE!!!

Good evening, Liam and Cody outstanding service I received today. They arrived at the same time introduced themselves. Asked questions put the plan in place and went work.
