The job I asked Warren the Handyman to do involved moving appliances from one location to another, removing the existing appliances at the new location, and installing the new appliances, in addition to a 3 way swap of refrigerators. The 3 handymen sent were professional, efficient, and innovative with challenges of both getting the new refrigerator out of the old and into the new location. They did not give up even when modifications to the water supply for the ice and water were needed. I would NOT hesitate to call on Warren the Handyman for any future need!

If ever you need work done around and in your home, Warren the handyman and his team are the ones you want to do the work. My small 45+ year old barn was leaning to one side, but no longer. The Handymen came and in four days they assessed the situation, jacked up the old structure, added a better foundation and new floor. The had to cut out the bottom two feet of siding due to damage from water and critters, but that siding was replaced as well as the inside walls. They fixed a leaking roof and added better lighting inside. Here is where Warren the Handyman shines. It is the little unexpected things such as a beautiful paint job all around, a ramp for easy access to the barn interior, and the one that really blew me away is an electrical outlet on the outside! It is such a joy to be able to have all my tools in one place that is dry and a thing of such beauty.

Highly recommend this company! Warren, owner, Eric and the rest of the crew are always very professional, efficient and reliable! I've used their services for installing a storm door, putting on cabinet hardware, placing a large rug under master bed, hanging heavy mirrors and other decor, assembly of furniture and cat trees, installation of heated toliet seats, replacing damaged screens on windows and back porch door, hanging tv mounts, and installing pet doors. Prices are very reasonable! I recently learned they also have a sister company...Handy Maids, I just got on the schedule biweekly.

We had a serious window leak and it had rotted the wood underneath the window. We were extremely pleased with the work the crew did on the wall under the window. They removed it efficiently and replaced it to look like new. We appreciated their promptness in completing the job. We would highly recommend this company.

Warren has done two projects for me. He installed my porch swing. I had him come back to replace a window and frame in a south facing door that had deteriorated from sun. Both times he and Eric worked efficiently together to get the job done quickly and correctly. I have already discussed with them what I would like done for the next project. Warren advised me on what would be the best option for me to purchase before the installation. Their pricing is fair considering they are skilled professionals who know how to do the work. Both projects look much better than anything I could do myself after watching YouTube videos and making multiple trips to the store for parts.

I live within walking distance of their business and was delighted when a handyman service moved into the area. I'm a middle aged single woman and somewhat handy but sometimes need an extra pair of hands. I've been following them on FB for years and have called them a few times for jobs like installing windows in a cinder block garage and roofing work, which I was told at the time they didn't do but could recommend someone. I have a dog washing tub in my garage and installed 4'x8' poly board waterproof panels on the walls surrounding the tub myself and was going to install 2 panels on the ceiling above the tub but the board is so pliable I decided to just paint the ceiling. Well, the paint on the ceiling is peeling so I called this business asking if screwing two 4x8 panels above my tub is something they could do. I didn't expect them to be able to get to it right away but I was told for "BIG" jobs like that they wouldn't be able to get to it until the end of November. To me, screwing two panels onto a ceiling would take two men 2hrs at the most to install, and that's being generous. I had a garage roofed this spring and 4 men had that done in 4 hrs. Anyway, I was told I could send pics of what needed done, so I did and never received a response. So I called a 70yr old friend of mine and we had both panels installed in about an hour. I've been in business myself for over 30yrs, haven't taken new customers for 5yrs and booked months ahead but I would never just blow off a potential customer. Unfortunately, even though I was thrilled about having their service in the neighborhood I won't be calling them again since I have several times and they haven't been able to help me even once.

Warren sent a crew of guys to complete my 2 page list. They were super nice and did everything the way I wanted it. I asked them if they could replace the 50 year old picnic table in my backyard and they knocked it out of the park! Brand new exact replica of the old one. It's amazing!

You can't go wrong by hiring Warren the Handyman. They replaced some rotten wood and wrapped the areas for gutterwork. They also wrapped 3 peaks. I was overly impressed w their work . They are friendly, professional and I highly recommend them . Thank you Warren and your team. I appreciate all your hard work. Made my house look sharp.

At the time I used their services I was looking at several different contractors, but all the other contractors were to busy and couldn't fit us in. Warren came by, gave us a free quote and put us on the schedule right away. They did excellent work at a reasonable rate. Its difficult to find a contractor that not only does excellent work but does it in a timely fashion. If ever the need arises Warren will always be the first person I call.
