The worst experience ever experienced when my garage caught fire and burnt I hired Ace construction Joe dargo the supposedly owner to remove the garage unfortunately for me they're inexperience an incompetence in my opinion they sent a crew out that destroyed my house they did not disconnect the plumbing the electric or remove the supports that held the attached garage to my house since they didn't disconnect anything orcutt anything between the attached garage and the house resulted in them tearing back with a backhoe the whole back of the house fell off the whole wall instead of stopping there and contacting me they panicked and they tore off two more rooms off my house they're backhoe right stuck into the floor lifting it up off the foundation destroying the plumbing the electric and two rooms of the house just completely gone and still they did not contact me to tell me they just put a tarp where the two rooms were on the following weekend when I went to the house I found two rooms missing my house destroyed the tarp cut and all my personal belongings gone and I just about had a heart attack then Joe dargo the owner promised me he would repair the house and rebuild the two rooms time went by almost 2 years and he kept putting it off and putting it off while all I had was a tarp for a back of a house and two rooms missing and my completely remodeled house ready to move in still sitting empty he lied said he was going to take care of the problem and never did so I had to take him to court where he bragged I wouldn't win because his brother was a lawyer and knew all the lawyers to my dismay when I went to court they said that I did not give them enough information and dismiss my case more of the daily corruption I have faced in this city city of corruption do not hire this company in my opinion you will have a terrible experience like most experiences in this city of corruption Anderson where the corruption runs from the top and bleeds to the bottom and that's Ace construction your customers when you're in business it's supposed to be number one but they are definitely number two

Not a very good experience all around. From falling through the ceiling then leaving old wood decking they were to replace they took some off the bill but not nearly enough for the headache they put me through for most the summer. So glad when it was over.. if you do hire them you best follow them around and babysit and make sure you get what your paying for or else they will take shortcuts and then hopr you don't go in the attic and see for yourself . .......update would you guys like to come and fix the ceiling where your worker fell thru. Close to falling at this point. My fault I should have never settled for this kind of bandaid of a fix.

I had a walk in shower, French door and flooring done just over 1 year ago. During the remodel, communication was poor. Workers showed up at random times, left without telling me when they would be back and did not clean up after themselves. Job was finally finished and due to not caulking the shower, I was left with a musty smell in my bathroom. Now just over a year later, the French door threshold is moving when stepped on and the laminate installed just inside the door is loose and squeaking. I have also cleaned up what appears to be mold around the new door. I am afraid water has gotten in. I called Ace 2 times and was told I would get a call back both times. I have given up and called another company to repair the door and flooring that is just over 1 year old. Do not recommend.

Just had my roof replaced with metal roofing. I love the new roof, ace was very professional, and did a great job. Clean up was neat and orderly. Answered any and all questions I had. I worked with jason, josh and joe the owner. They went beyond there dutys, and i really appreciate the job everyone did. the roof looks fantastic. These guys are the real deal, I'm retired and was here through out the installation. Watching how the metal roof goes together, these guys are amazing. Received my quote earlier this year for a new roof but told Josh I had to wait until this month. Just had roof put on yesterday and it is great. Crew arrived early in the morning and were finished by early evening. Most of the clean up work was done yesterday and finished picking up the remaining miscellaneous items this morning.

Roofing contractors are a dime a dozen in our part of the state, but there are very, VERY few that pay attention to time, detail & quality of service like Ace did. They followed the instructions on what we needed done, proposed options for roofing materials in our very wind prone neighborhood, and gave us a roof we're quite confident will weather whatever mother nature can throw at it. On top of that the color selection greatly improved our curb appeal & fit the character of our ranch home more than the last. The staff were really nice & made the whole affair pleasantly uneventful. It was a great investment & we're happy to say so.

The roof had lived it's life, and he was quick to provide a detailed quote down to the felt, pricing if we would need replacement wood, and Ice Shielding which many roofing companies skip to their customers disservice. All of the services from Ace Construction from start for finish were timely and exceptional. They were one of two companies that even returned my phone call and I called several. Jason came out the next day to provide a quote. After paying our deposit he quoted a time line and all the work was completed within that time. The price for all the work we had done was more than fair. We had our roof replaced, new gutters and gutter guards installed. Every employee that came out was friendly and I would gladly work with them again.

1) they showed up the same day for a quote. 2) gave me reasonable expectations as far as how long it would take to start the work and how long it would take once it started. 3) they were exceptionally kind. My 3 year old is obsessed with all things tools and literally sat in the window with a bowl of popcorn watching them work.
