I gave this company five stars as I am so completely satisfied with their work. I originally hired them to patch the wall where the medicine cabinet had been removed. Martin did such an impeccable job on this that I hired him to finish my project, remove the old wallpaper, paint the walls and ceiling, install new light fixtures and rehang the vanity mirrors. All of this Martin did with extreme care and professionalism. I highly recommend this company.

Martin and Ofelia are wonderful contractors. They are honest, dependable and super hard-working. I've hired them multiple times over the past 3 years to help me with apartment turn-overs, repairs and renovations. Ofelia is the "interface" -- she gives the estimates, billing information and work completion timelines. She will reach out if there are questions or choices that have to be made. Martin is the "talent" -- he has an incredible range of skills for both interior and exterior work. Those talents include drywall, painting, floor tile replacement, doorway frame/door/window/ stairwell and cabinet repairs, light fixture installation, lock replacement, wood floor repairs, window blind installation, metal railing repair, brick and cement work, and more. I was impressed during a recent turnover with Martin's sheer "artistry," and high standard of craft. We had a pipe leak emergency that required the plumber to power-saw through white, bathroom floor "subway" tiles to get to the pipes -- this created a large, gaping, irregular hole. I hated to lose an entire bathroom floor of these classic subway tiles, which were decades old. After shoring up the floor support, Martin was able to hunt down and nearly match these long-discontinued tiles, and then seamlessly cement them into what had been an impossibly jagged, uneven hole. I've also appreciated Martin's ability to improvise with materials at hand. After removing some old carpeting, we discovered that the floor underneath had multiple holes and indentations. Martin was able to use floor cement, wood and metal pieces to "even out" the floor so that new carpeting could be properly installed on a flat, even surface. Ofelia sometimes joins Martin (and helpers) on these projects. Her skills are top-notch as well. It should also be noted that they are meticulous in their clean-up of dust, dirt, materials, etc., which reassures tenants that we both respect their space, and appreciate their cooperation.

Martin does wonderful work. He repaired part of a drywall ceiling and retextured it.The ceiling has a unique texture, which is almost impossible to match, and, now, it's impossible to see a difference between Martin's work and the original. He re-grouted my shower, and the lines are perfect. He did finish work with baseboards and trim, which, again, is so cleanly cut and matched to the spaces. I have never found a contractor who is so talented, fairly priced, and kind. I highly recommend this company.
