Our 1950s cape cod had a complete kitchen gut and remodel, tile ceiling in the dining room was removed and replaced with drywall, drywall cracks from settling were repaired and most of the rooms in the house were textured and painted. Josh stuck to the timeline, was extremely reasonable and professional. Our contractor said that Josh does better work than his regular drywall hanger. One year later, the buyers for our home made an over-asking offer because of the meticulous updates. I have already contacted Josh for work in our new house and recommended him to my friends and family.
