Rick and his staff were very quick to respond to our dry wall repair "emergency." I cannot say enough about how high the quality of repair was, the reasonableness of pricing (and NO hidden costs) and the lightning fast process from return call through to completion of work. We were blown away by the extreme professionalism of his staff. They treated our place like it was their place. Superb repair and made sure none of our items in the room were impacted by the repairs. Fantastic experience and very very high quality of repairs. 5+ Stars!!!

So here's my first--and only--contact with R&D Drywall. I called and talked to Rick about a couple rooms I needed drywalled. We had a good talk and he offered to come by at 7:30 the next morning to take a look at what I needed. It was great that I could get the ball rolling so quickly. Next morning I'm waiting for him at 7:30. Nothing. 7:45. Nothing. I finally call his landline at 7:50 and get his voicemail, which gave me his cell number. I texted him to see if we were still on. No, he got pulled into another project that morning and he'll reschedule. He asked if I want to meet in the afternoon. I told him I'd be available after 3:00. No response. I waited until about 1:30 and asked if we were going to meet up today. One word response: "no." That's it. Never heard back from him again. I get it if a contractor has other priorities and projects that are bigger and more profitable than mine. That's fine. However, it's pretty poor customer service when you don't tell me you aren't coming and apparently don't want my business. Just be up front and say my project isn't worth your time and effort. At least give me the common courtesy to communicate with me. I'll be looking elsewhere for future projects.

We've had Rick and his guys to our house twice and both times they did an excellent job. They were friendly and efficient and the drywall repairs they did for us turned out perfect! they were even able to match the texture on our walls and ceilings. Great job! Would hire again in a heartbeat.

Rick came and gave us an estimate. He was friendly and knowledgeable. We had some questions about the estimate and Rick didn't respond so we had to move on and find another contractor so it felt like the time spent with Rick was not well used.
