Fred and his crew stained our front pouch, ceilings, posts, rails, stairs. They also stripped our front door and restrained it. They took great care in their prep work to insure that the stain did not get on the painted siding. They set their work hours and were always here when they said they would be. His crew was very polite and highly professional.

I paid $99 for a quote visit. They failed to show for the first appointment and the rescheduled appointment, then said they would do a quote via text with photos and room dimensions, which I sent to them, and still no reply. It's a shame I never got to actually see if they have quality work.

Called and made an appointment, about an hour before the appointment they called and said they couldn't make it that day ,even though I took off work to be there I thought to myself at least they called. so we reschedule for another day this time no call no show.

They have horrible customer service Edwin Williams is the technician that came to my house today with a attitude. He cursed me out because I asked why I need to be at my house for a outside repair. I asked to talk to a manager and the manager was not on duty. All they provided was his first name. Which is Ryan.. Unprofessional company.. would not recommend them for nothing. HORRIBLE

I booked an appointment and waited the 4 hour time frame I was provided. Nobody showed up or called. I called to inquire and got the run-around but was told I'd get a call which I never did. After 8 hours of waiting and making 3 more calls to them I gave up for the day and rescheduled. I was told the manager added this as a priority appointment and someone would call and arrive between 8-12. Same issue, nobody showed up and nobody called. After calling them back I was told I should had signed up for a "premium membership" which was $150 a year because they are prioritizing premium members over other customers. I couldn't get an answer as to how that would change a scheduled appointment that wasn't honored twice. I asked to speak to a manager and was given a "direct number to him" which turned out to be a number not in service. I had to call again to complain about this and to also confirm the no-show appointment was cancelled. I needed minor drywall repair work. How would I trust them to do a job properly when they can't even honor an appointment two times in a row. No sympathy or empathy from customer service, just false promises. If they don't want my job someone else will. Disappointed though and upset I had to waste so much time.

The job was done well, but more importantly, Kelly is a fine man with integrity who stands behind the quality of his work. Had Kelly repair a big patch in my stairwell recently , the outcome was great. The initial drywall was very old and brittle, which required the whole section of drywall to be replaced, but was done at a very fair price and slightly below his quotation. The stairwell had old and fragile baseboard and fixings as well, but Kelly and team removed and replaced this without damaging it. Would highly recommend them.
