The team arrived promptly even in the bitter cold. They covered all my furniture etc. in the area to be repaired and painted. Ceiling drywall , repair, painting and cleanup was exceptional. The price was reasonable also.

The services included painting my kitchen and cabinets, installing new backsplash and handles on my cabinets. Everything looks so nice and updated. I am soo pleased with their work. I am VERY, VERY PLEASED with the work done on my condo (drywall repairs, reparing and refinishing hardwood floors, painting, electrical repairs, carpentry, and total cleaning) - the place "looks like new"! This is the third time our family has used Precise Painting. They are an excellent company to work with. Their prices are fair and their workmanship is excellent. The owner, Juan is extremely professional and easy to get along with. He answers all questions in a timely manner and makes sure youre satisfied with the job. We have another project coming up in February, and we will once again call Precise Painting because when youve found a great company, theres no reason to look for anyone else!

I had painting done and carpet and laminate plank flooring removed. Then they sanded and stained the floor. They gave me options to see live so I could pick the color I wanted right on my floor. Pictures one and two are before photos of the floor once the laminate was removed and of the carpeted stairs. I had so many holes from the carpeting, picture three. They patched them and painted and you cant even tell. Photos four and five are of the finished product. Beautiful color!! The floors look amazing! This was in budget and completed on time. I definitely recommend them!

Precise Painting just completed the third job for our house since we have lived in our home. We are repeat customers because they do the work carefully and for a fair price. This project was the biggest one yet, with a lot of wall repair to be done first, and in two different staircase sections of our home (upstairs and basement). The stairwell going to second floor had popcorn not only on the ceiling, but also the walls 😛 Juan and his team took their time, and did the wall repair meticulously! No more popcorn! They are truly perfectionists, and our 100+ year old house has plenty of curveballs to make their job tricky. The rest of this current job included all new paint in our dining room, foyer, and some exterior work on several spots that had worn out from weather. We will always call Juan & team as long as we live in this area.

Precise Painting did a great job painting my kitchen & bathroom cabinets, bannister and laundry room remodel! The team was very professional, fast and did such beautiful work! Also, I had an issue with my cabinet a couple of months after the job and the team quickly responded and took care of the repair. Juan and his crew completely transformed my home from a faded baby blue to a rich and refreshed gray using Sherwin Williams VinylSafe paint in the color Gray Jacket. Its so rare to contract a job and actually get what you paid for. Precise Painting and Restoration did just that. They did exactly what they said they would do. Wow!!! Thank you so much for the amazing job. I am a property manager in downtown Homewood and needed an office updated. Precise Painting and Restoration had the best prices in town and finished the job ahead of schedule. They put in a new floor, painted the room, and cleaned up the trim. The trim had years of dripped paint all over. I was told by 2 other companies I would need new trim. Precise Painting and Restoration took the trim off and cleaned every single spot. They were quite, respectful, quick, and professional. Communication was top notch and their customer service was on point. Thank you again and I will definitely call you Everytime.

Where do I start. Found Juan via google search and made the best decision. From the beginning of the process til the completion. Juan and his team came in and replaced my baseboards that had been affected by mold. They took care of the mold, pulled up the old baseboards, replaced with new, primed and painted. Wonderful job!
