I want to give a huge shout out to JD, Jon, Manuel and Yvina for the absolutely amazing job they did with my home. It looks absolutely amazing. JD took time to meet me for a free quote, toured my property, listened to what I wanted to achieve and made it happen with his amazing crew. Jon, project manager, did an excellent job in communicating with me from start to finish. The painting crew did a fabulous job. I could not ask for anything better. That 1 Painter is the best! JD was very professional, and the painters did such a great job. We hired them for a pretty big project-ceilings, walls, trim, doors, stairs. We also had them paint cabinetry as well. They were so efficient, and I loved how our space turned out. They also were able to fit us in before we fully moved into our house, which we really appreciate appreciated. I would definitely recommend this company to anybody looking for a great paint job!

Josue did such a good job painting my stairwell with high ceilings! He showed up on time, covered everything thoroughly, and was so fast and efficient that it was impressive! We had a small job done at our house by these guys and it was smooth from start to finish. Kelly came out for the quote. Her demeanor was extremely professional, she was very knowledgeable and not the least bit pushy or salesy. I gained a lot of confidence in the company from her approach and knowledge. I was contacted soon after agreeing to the quote to get the job scheduled and sort out some details. I got notified that our job had been scheduled over text, with date and time of arrival. Not like a 4 hr window that eats up your whole day, but a 15 minute window. Much appreciated. Everyone showed up on time. The work was completed quickly, in a very satisfactory fashion, and Jon and Josue were extremely pleasant to work with! Wouldnt hesitate for a second to recommend this company. We just had our deck repaired and painted from That 1 Painter, what a great experience! From the ease of scheduling , getting the quote, having John and his crew come over and getting the work done. Pros Prompt response, reasonably priced, able to schedule the work quickly. Cons 1 It was already cold outside and the painters left my AC on, not auto, but on. I let the company know that evening and asked that they don't leave the AC on since it was cold outside. Next day, they not only left the AC on but also left the garage entry door open so it was freezing inside. 2 Also, I was informed the work would be done one day so I stopped by that night to check but the work still wasn't done. 3 the painters used my empty trash bag for their trash. I let them know and was informed I'd get a trashbag back. That did not happen. Overall, if we have something else that needs to be painted, we would consider using a different company. The actual painting was fine.

We loved working with JD and his team! They were very easy to work with and communicate with. I never had a question about what the next step in the process was because JD did a great job explaining everything. We had a very straightforward date that we needed everything done by and JD and his team were very diligent and respectful of that timeline, they actually finished ahead of schedule!! Our house also came out BEAUTIFUL!! You would have thought it was always the colors we chose! We also had another contractor in who had to cut into the wall, JDs teamed patched and painted for us and you cant tell that the drywall was cut! We really appreciate them and the hard work.

JDs team was amazing. They taped up plastic around the area they were working on because they had to patch a hole in the drywall. No dust left behind. Couldnt tell where the hole was they patched. Looks like they were never there. Perfect scenario for me.

Highly recommend That 1 Painter Nashville! I utilized them to lime wash over an ugly dry stack stone fireplace with Rombio, and to paint a large bonus room. Before the job was even complete I booked them to paint the rest of the 2nd story rooms. JD is so great to work with, very communicative, and his crews paint with great attention to detail and do excellent work. Their pricing is also highly competitive, and I will definitely be calling them again when it's time to tackle the next paint project.

They had to come back multiple times to paint over spots they missed, correct textures that weren't matching in different spots on the same wall, clean up paint they spilled on my rug and paint they splashed on the crown molding as well as painting right over the fixtures of my lights and speakers. The door jams they painted had huge drops dripping down it that ruin the detail of the frame and left a pool of paint on the floor. I also had them fill several cracks in my drywall that promptly reappeared the next day and then they said there was nothing they could do about it and they don't warranty dry wall. Then why did you promise it wouldn't be a problem to fix when I booked the job?! Not to mention what a mess they left my house with dust all over the place, this is a seriously inexperienced company and I wish I chose somebody else to let into my home. They must only exist by hoping that their customers don't look closely at the job when it's done.
