The Sucro crew just finished up painting my home yesterday, and I wanted to jump on here to provide a review of my experience with the company. My home hasnt been repainted for approximately 15 years. Paint was peeling on a good portion of the eaves and fascia, and the stucco paint was powder. The Sucro crew pressure washed the entire house and prepped all of the wood surfaces by scraping and sanding, which was extensive. Some of my stucco had peeling paint and they scraped that as well and patched the stucco where needed. They then applied two coats of primer and two coats of a recommended product called Loxon. This was an add-on charge, but is well worth it. To summarize: -Great friendly crew who take pride in their work -Entire area was kept clean each day -Reasonable price for the job -Helpful office staff -I feel they went above and beyond my expectations-would strongly recommend Im not easily impressed, but Im amazed at the finished product. You wont go wrong with this company.

We had an incredibly positive experience working with Sucro Painting Contactors for the painting of the exterior of our home. Marcus came promptly to give the bid estimate and answered all of our questions thoroughly. We appreciated the video he took around the outside of the house detailing all the work to be done. The worst paint company in the South Bay. Stay far away! They will not prep your house properly they cut corners and they do a horrible paint job. We've had them out here over four different times and they still can't get it right because they refuse to prep the job properly. We've had nonstop, paint, chipping, peeling, bubbling, etc., etc. The owner, Marcus is ridiculous! At this point, we're going to have to file a Claim with Torrance courthouse being a civil matter and they refusing to do what's right. They refuse to refund so we can hire REAL PROFESSIONAL PAINTERS! The owner, Marcus even admitted to me he has no idea what he's doing with painting that he is actually an "engineer" and not a painter and laughed about the quality of their work. They just keep sending out inadequate painters to cover up patches on the crap job they originally did. We've even caught them with cans of spray paint. I don't think professional painters should be whipping out cans of spray paint, I could've done that myself!

Very satisfied homeowner - two story house in South Redondo. Excellent service throughout the entire paint project. Marcus (owner) came to the house - did a personal inspection and described the work to be done. Pressure wash - prep work - tape off - painting - cleanup. Three days later received estimate. Good & fair price. About one month wait on work schedule, foreman came 3 days early to check on paint match. Matched exactly with previous paint. Crew showed up as scheduled and worked hard every day. Crew had great attitude - answered questions - at my request did lots of small things for a really complete job. Total job took 10 working days. Once completed Forman was back for a walk around to check work - and left me three one gallon cans of paint from the job. Marcus is excellent businessman, and I would contract with him again.

I'm extremely disappointed with the quality of their work. I booked sucro to do the exterior of my home. They had to redo it several times because it was not primed properly and paint was peeling and chipping with in a week as well as they got paint inside the home from not taping correctly. They promised to make it right and never did. I even had them do a quote for inside because I was planning on using them but obviously with this mishap, I will not use them or recommend any of my friends or neighbors to use them. They sold me on how they have an excellent crew, but pointed fingers at the crew when the job was not done properly. Pretty much every area of my house that was painted is chipped and washing away when it has only been a few months.

We recently had Sucro Painting Contractors paint the exterior of our house, a front gate and some parts of the interior. Marcus Sucro personally came to our house and created a detailed work order including a video of the specific areas to be painted. Each day his crew started on time and meticulously cleaned up after the day's work. The masking off of the areas to be painted was precise, with no errant paint drops splattered on other areas. We had a particularly difficult front door to paint and Wuilber spent days prepping it with an absolutely amazing result. Marcus allowed some price negotiation and the result was lower than other quotes. I have nothing but praise for the job Sucro Painting did.

We are very please with the results of having our house repainted by Sucro Painting recently. The house looks gorgeous after their work. Our house is 3-story and has a lot of wood trim and several wood decks on the second and third stories. So the job involved considerable wood work, several areas of dry rot that needs replacement or repair, and then the usual wood prep. Not a small job and they handled it very well. In that past with other painters from different companies (not Sucro), I had an unfortunate problem that the other painters either couldnt handle the eaves of my 3rd-story or they actually dropped down their ladders in my neighbors yard without their permission nor my knowledge. So I am somewhat traumatized by painters due to bad experiences in the past. 🙂 But the Sucro team did a great job and could handle the whole job without incident and without causing me undue friction with my neighbors. I really appreciate that! Sucros staff were professional and courteous. Also, we pretty much knew what we wanted but still sought some advice from Sucro & co. They gave us some good tips about the paint to use, what work to prioritize, and even some good advice on color matching based on sunlight and shading that we wouldnt have thought of ourselves. Sucro uses an online software platform to communicate the proposal and payment. It made communication very smooth. Mr Sucro makes himself available to his clients to discuss any matters to get the job done. Very good experience and I would highly recommend them.

We used Sucro Painting Contractors to paint the outside of our house. This included repairing wood, replacing some fascia board and repairing cracks in the stucco. Gustavo did the carpentry after the house was power washed. Then Esteban, the foreman, and Hector repaired the stucco, caulked and primed bare wood or metal. Next they painted the stucco with 2 coats of paint and then the wood, siding, doors and gutters with 2 coats of either satin or semigloss paint. Esteban, Hector and Gustavo did excellent work explaining the process and communicating with us throughout the entire job. They are true professionals and care about the quality of their work. They showed up every day on time, were respectful and cleaned up each day and when they completed the job.

We went with Sucro to paint the exterior of our house because from the prososal they seemed like a reputable company that would do a good quality job. They just finished and we are very satisfied and would recommend Sucro to any of our neighbors. The exterior of our hose was in poor condition. The guys worked hard and did all the washing, scraping, sanding & filling needed for the new paint. The quality of the painting was excellent. They did a great job with attention to detail, very professional. Areas were masked off as needed, and cleaned up when done. I would actually give them 4 1/2 stars if that was an option. I would definitely recommend Sucro Painting, they did a great job, and their team is very nice and respectful. We have a large 3 story 6 unit townhome building in Redondo Bch that was in very rough shape, lots of rotted wood, broken stucco, and many repairs needed. They did it all and had the best price out of the 3 other quotes we received. Another well known painting company in the area quoted us the same price Sucro, but without any of the many repairs we needed, so it would have significantly higher than Sucro. The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars is because a few small things that needed to be taken care of after the final walkthrough were a bit rushed, thats it. Use them, call them, they are a really good company!

Mac, sales and development rep, walked thru the property and described in detail the plan to do the exterior painting. I appreciated their detailed but concise proposal and email communications. Ricardo, the production manager, returned for the last step the final walkthrough. I addressed an area which needed painting that I missed. I was very pleased with the work done by Sucro Painting Contractors on the exterior of my house just before Thanksgiving. I worked mostly with Mac who estimated the job and Luis who did most of the work. Both of them were very helpful and easy to work with. The paint looks beautiful, and any questions or problems were handled promptly. Everything was left neat and clean. As part of the job, they dismantled a beam which had been left in after the removal of a patio cover many years ago. In order to dismantle it, they had to break the stucco in two places. The stucco was replaced and the walls were patched. It does not look like there ever was a beam there. Most of the work was done by Luis. He did the patching, and most of the painting. I asked him to make sure one window was caulked so it would not leak because it had leaked previously. He not only did that window but checked other windows and found a similar window and caulked that too. He oversaw the other painters. He is knowledgeable and very conscientious and skilled.

My garage floor needed to be stripped and retreated, the existing sealant/paint had not been applied correctly and was peeling in multiple places. I would recommend their service. Our two-story, New England salt box style house near the beach was in need of a fresh paint job, and it also had numerous areas of wood decay. We solicited bids from more than five contractors. We met with Mac, the affable and knowledgeable operations manager, who was the sales and estimate interface for Sucro. Sucro Painting submitted by far the most professional proposal. A photo for every area that required repair was submitted along with a detailed description of the work to be performed. Their estimate was a bit more expensive than the others but, in hindsight, they were the ideal company for our job - the owner has both painting and remodeling companies so he was able to draw upon quality resources across both companies quite efficiently. In addition, they were flexible about changing the project scope if/as additional areas were found in need of repair. We were particularly impressed with the finish carpenter who repaired, replaced or rebuilt architectural details including matching current fretwork.
