I want to commend the ServiceMax HVAC team (headed by Dave) for an outstanding job on the installation of our new Mitsubishi mini-split air conditioner and heat pump system. The four-man crew arrived right on time and worked steadily through the entire day to complete the installation. They were prompt, professional, highly skilled, and clearly took pride in their work. Just as important, they operated as a well-coordinated teamefficient, organized, and respectful throughout the process. The end result exceeded our expectations, both in workmanship and overall experience. ServiceMax is the BEST HVAC company I have ever used because they are the most honest, trustworthy, competent, reliable, reasonably priced, licensed, insured, bonded and on-time HVAC company in Chicagoland and burbs. I had them install my Trane HVAC system 2 years ago and they perform excellent & thorough maintenance & cleaning for me. They also wear proper PPE and are highly professional & polite. I highly recommend them. They also did impeccable construction work installing a plywood floor in the ceiling where my furnace is horizontally suspended and repairing the hole they had to cut in the drywall to install unit and a louvered vent cover. Sylvester is one of the HVAC techs that performs excellent maintenance & Mike Malek is the owner of this exceptional quality company. Raphael and Ziggy did superb installation & have construction work credentials too. And Jose is great dispatcher too. If you want your HVAC job done right Call ServiceMax!

Unfortunately, my experience with ServiceMax was disappointing. The technician did not resolve the original problem and the work performed appears to have introduced additional issues with heat distribution. Follow-up requests for a return visit were refused. They also provided an estimate for rewiring that did not align with the actual problem. Finally, I was promised a refund that was never issued. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
