I wish I could give 6 stars! In my 40 years of owning 3 different homes in the North Shore, I have NEVER experienced a company so knowledgeable, so professional, so responsible and responsive, so phenomenal in every respect, and on top of that, each and every person Ive dealt with has been some of the nicest people Ive ever had the pleasure of dealing with. This is going to be a long review, because each and every person at this company who I dealt with deserves a huge shout-out! Josh, the owner, was so great and so impressive when he came out to look at my crawl space and he impressed me so much with his expensive knowledge and his honesty that I immediately booked him. On top of this, he took all of my many phone calls, explained in detail everything I wanted to know and addressed all of my concerns. And then as if that wasn't enough, he squeezed me in when they were booked solid because I had an unforeseen emergency. I will forever be grateful for his kindheartedness. On the day of the service,, Andrew called me ahead of the team's arrival to confirm everything and then called during the installation to check on everything. Then the team came exactly on time, and what a team! Manuel, Julio, Ryan, and Griffin couldnt have been more respectful and helpful. They taped plastic from the front door all the way down the stairs into the crawl space! They moved stuff out of my crawlspace that I didnt even know was in there! Then they carried this heavy stuff up the stairs for me. They worked so hard, the job took 2 hours longer than estimated and they never once took a break! When they were done, they vacuumed the entire crawl space, showed me pictures of everything, and my crawl space has never looked better or cleaner! And the insulation is like leaps and bounds better than the old stuff I had (just looking at it you can tell how extremely professional this job was and how tightly and meticulously each and every inch from top to bottom has been fastened to my concrete walls)! WOW! I never thought I could be so impressed by insulation! And then, after removing the plastic, these four men, without my asking, vacuumed my basement carpet, the storage room where they walked through, and the carpeted stairs and my entire front hallway! And then I saw that they had all removed their boots since they werent walking on the plastic anymore! And even after working SIX HOURS in a CRAWL SPACE each and every one of them was so kind and smiley and friendly. I was exceptionally impressed by them. And then, less than a week after installation, I had a FLOOD IN MY CRAWLSPACE! I called Josh in a panic and even though I knew they were booked back to back each day for the next several weeks, he squeezed me in the next day to remove all of the wet insulation theyd just worked so hard to install, just so that it would not mildew. What an incredible guy! I dont know of any other business that would do this, simply out of the kindness of their heart. Griffin was the one who came back, and he is the hardest working, kindest, most meticulous worker. I truly cannot praise this young man enough. He worked so long and so hard to be sure to remove every single piece of wet insulation. He then cleaned everything perfectly, once again vacuuming the entire area in the crawl space, and the entire basement and up the stairs and my front hallway. He kept asking if there was anything else he could do, and he was so kindhearted and empathetic about my flood. He is just an outstanding person and tradesman. I truly could not recommend this company more highly!

Andrew came out to my home within a couple of days of scheduling and went over all of my questions and concerns after thoroughly going through my home. His company went above and beyond in helping me with my attic insulation as well as my venting issue in my bathroom. I had next to nothing for insulation in my attic. Also, because there was no fan in my 2nd floor bathroom, I had some mold in the attic. They cleaned everything out and treated my entire attic then installed my new bathroom fan and vented it out the roof for me as well as put in all fresh insulation. Their pricing was fair and the work done was excellent as well as their warranty.

The application was great, but 1-1/2 years later brown goo started dripping out of the soffits onto the exterior walls on both sides of the house. I have tried multiple times to get any explanation of why but the owners literally refuse to call me back. Just remember once you pay all communication is cut off with this company I would never recommend these people to anybody

We had an absolutely excellent experience with EcoTec insulation recently (12-2025). The entire process took only about a week from my call to installation. I got lucky as they had a cancellation and they were willing to accommodate my installation before the end of the year. From the sales visit by Andrew to the installation crew, these guys did excellent work. They removed my old insulation, air-sealed all gaps between my living space and attic, installed some can light covers, and then blew in 15-16 inches of new insulation. My home had about 800-900 sq feet of total attic space and from the time they walked in the door to when they pulled out of the driveway, they finished in an incredible 6 hours! Great job!
