Mr. Anthony came over immediately was the most pleasant, understanding, professional and most down to earth person youll meet he fixed our problem immediately we had a major pipe burst and was fixed within an hour or less we will never use any one else but him from now and hes coming back to fix our sink. Absolutely amazing 10/10!!!

The person was very nice. However just for the run around for the quote. Seeing this did not Go with him. He also wanted a 50% deposit. Ive seen enough news to know is a deposit of that amount is not needed. He wanted a deposit for labor I understand for supplies not labor. I would not use this person. Nice bit seemed very shady

I had an immediate problem with my soffits detaching from stucco just a week before painters were due. Called this business on a Saturday and same day they came out to scope the problem. On Monday (2 days later) the problem was fixed...quickly and at a very good price. Do not hesitate to give them a call.

RC came over on short notice to redo the installation of my storm door after a relative botched the job terribly. The door was reinstalled in a short time and it turned out excellently. Im forever grateful to them for helping me. I have already recommended them to two of my friends! Update: Ive had them over to help me with a plumbing problem this time. Theyre so helpful, courteous, and very professional. Cant say enough good things about them!

They were contracted to put up drywall and fix holes in the wall. They did finish in a timely manner however, when inspected closer I noticed various holes and gaps within the drywall. When asked about it Roger said he would send someone back out but they never came, and we never heard back from them again.

I never leave reviews but sadly I was very disappointed when Mr Roche did not show up to a scheduled appointment not once..but twice. The first time he said he ran late with a big contract. I understood and rescheduled for the following week. He then didnt show up for the rescheduled date and I never heard from him again. Very disappointing because based on reviews him and his team seem to do good work and he was very pleasant on the phone.

This is the best handyman service in Jacksonville hands down. They were not only friendly when I called, they were responsive and able to come the same day to help me. The gentleman that scheduled my service put me at ease with his capable knowledge and great sense of humor. The handyman that showed up called me when he arrived and made quick work of my fan repair. In my opinion they took a standard service request that I was dreading and turned it into a great experience. Thank you RC and Son's for giving me peace of mind and fixing my squeaky fan.

It was a pleasure doing business with this service. I had a very small and easy job and called RC & Sons. Very friendly and pleasant to talk to on the phone. While they did not arrive during the originally agreed-upon timeframe due to an unexpected emergency on another job they were involved with that day, they did keep in communication with me, and they finally arrived at the very end of what was probably a very long day for them, quickly took care of my project, and more than made up for their delay with a great price. I would use them again.

In October 2020, a car drove into our store front. That same day, RC & Son's (two gentlemen available on short notice) had a temporary store front up in less than 6 hours!!!! I would highly recommend them!!!! I couldn't thank them enough for saving us on that day. I thought I would have to sleep in my car out front to watch the store, and they said, "You are going to sleep tonight." Sure enough they kept their promise!

Seemed like a really nice guy on the phone But he strung me along the whole on a job I desperately needed done He promised me he would definitely show up. He never showed up. He did call later on and asked me if I wanted to do it on a Monday which would be 2 days later. You shouldve just let me find a handyman earlier in the day instead of trying to secure my job when I told him I thought he would be too late.
