Ploutis Contracting did an outstanding job replacing all the wood rot throughout our condominium complex. It was actually pretty cool watching them use the boom lifts to safely reach the high spots while making sure every area was properly repaired and protected. Ploutis has done work for me twice now. Both times repairing flooring from water damage (leaks). Each time they have been prompt and timely. Jennifer and Morgan do a great job communicating and setting expectations. Gus and Yianni were through in their estimates and listened to my concerns. The teams work very quickly and efficiently. Fidel is fantastic to work with and he always makes sure to go above and beyond. Their work is reliable and the prices reflect in their work! Both times repairing flooring, the seams were flawless, even in the hardwood. You cannot tell where the water damage was at all. Our new kitchen vinyl floors look amazing and the fresh coat of paint to our ceiling really stands out. I cannot recommend them enough.
