This is the first time we have hired professional painters to paint a bathroom to include cabinetry as well as two bedrooms, one which had a window trim that needed repair and a ceiling that had damage from leaks on the roof. Over the past few months, Patrick's crews have refinished all of our floors, painted our entire interior, power washed our deck and siding, and repaired and painted the non-brick exterior of our house. Bill and Doug, the floor refinishers who work with Patrick's, were experienced pros; they replaced some damaged flooring that couldn't be sufficiently sanded so carefully that we couldn't tell the location of the new boards. Happily, everyone, including Patrick, was a pleasure to work with, and what could have been a totally anxiety-producing event went as smoothly as it possibly could. Patrick's painting did a great job in preparing our new home for us before we moved in! The crew they sent us was truly amazing; Yohan (crew chief), Roberto, Miriam, Enerson, and Jeremas were truly professional and top of the line. It all started with a true attention to detail in their prep work. We had new hardwood and carpet flooring installed prior to the paint work; Yohan and crew made certain to cover every inch of flooring with protective paper/plastic taped down, to ensure our new floors wouldn't be damaged with paint. From their, every inch of the walls was patched and prepared for their paint. The job was originally quoted as taking over 10 days, however the team got it done in 5.5 days, including clean-up. We will definitely use Patrick's again (and will absolutely request Yohan, Roberto, Miriam, Enerson, and Jeremas when we do)!

Their backoffice is very high-tech and efficient. If memory serves me well, about a day later I received the quote via email, seemingly generated by the high-tech backoffice system. On the scheduled day, the painter arrived promptly and completed the work. He even painted my rataining walls which I had actually built about 20 years ago when I was building a dry-lay patio (not only was I 20 years younger, I was also 40 lbs. lighter and in great shape ). I'd actually say 3.5 out of 5. The good: From estimate to contract, to scheduling, the process was easy. The crew was on time and did a good job filling in all the holes in my god awful plaster walls. I wanted a dramatic change and was worried about patchiness in choosing such a dark color, but it turned out nice. The bad: I had four outlets painted over and it is driving me crazy. Granted, the previous painter painted over a few plates but not the socket itself! Now I have to get a handyman come in and replace the outlets back to white at some point, so that is an additional expense for me. If you go with this vendor be sure to remove all socket and switch plates yourself to be safe. All in all, I got satisfactory result.

Update - Sept 2024: We worked with Patricks teams on 4 projects (so far). Patrick was referred to us through another trusted company we work with - and we are thrilled with the results. The team has completed two transformative bathroom renovations, painted (on short notice) a kids bedroom, and provided electrical work and paint throughout our upstairs hallway and front entryway. Its all beautiful - truly amazing how sanding and fresh paint can transform a space. The bathrooms are beautiful. One had an awful layout with wasted space and has become an oasis for our kids. In our primary bathroom, we chose to keep the existing footprint, but do a complete overhaul - new shower, floors, toilet, vanities, refreshed walls, lighting, etc. We couldnt be happier. Roger dealt with our annoying questions (sometimes more than once), was upfront about any changes needed, he was easy to reach, and just crushed it. We are grateful (and miss having the team around).
