This was for a small home office repaint, and I was working in the next room while they did it. They kept noise to a minimum, which I appreciated. I noticed a thin uneven line near the ceiling at one point, and they corrected it without hesitation. There was also a short pause between coats, but they used that time to organize their tools instead of leaving things messy. The finish looks smooth, especially under direct light from my desk lamp.

My front door,s back was scraped badly by my dog and needed to be painted. **2026 Review - Bathroom remodel** Our shower pan started leaking into our bedroom back in 2025 followed by cracking tile/grout falling apart. Within a month, Josh and his team turned our shower/bath into a spa! Josh was collaborative like always and listened/considered all my ideas. We had issues with the tub delivery, and he was on top of it the whole time! His entire team from demo, dry wall, tile, plumbing, and glass were amazing. They cleaned up every day, and took care of our home like it was theirs. We have littles running around and it was a relief to know their feet were safe. This was all done for a great price. Im so glad and thankful we went with Josh and his team again for this project!! We couldnt be happier with the result. **2023 Review - Front Room Remodel** Hands down, best experience with a contractor weve ever had. We wanted to convert our open formal front living space to be an enclosed office, while also converting the dining room to a playroom. Josh was on time, responsive, and gave us reasonable quote from the get go. They were able to start relatively quickly, and completed the project in the timeframe given! The crew was kind and really cared about the work they were doing. They kept the area as tidy as you can during a renovation which was great with a toddler and 2 dogs. The crew was also on time every day! They were also so flexible with us! The doors we ordered were delivered later than we expected. The crew came back once they were in, and got them assembled and installed really quickly. Everything turned out exactly how we envisioned! Overall, we really enjoyed our experience with Performance Painting, and plan to use them in the future for other home projects.

We had major water damage from a faulty nut on a water supply line to a toilet and needed major repairs in the bathroom, office and guestroom (plus 2 closets). We called Performance Painting for an estimate and Josh Miller came in and put us at ease. Performance provided the necessary repairs along with a new walk in shower with glass door, exhaust fan, new vanity, tile shower and tile floors, repaired drywall, replaced base molding and studs, painting, new lighting and plumbing. He and his team of craftsman were so easy to work with. Not only were they great at tile work (shower and floor), painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical, they were friendly, pleasant and communicated throughout the project. Josh had great ideas and helpful in where to find fixtures, etc. We enjoyed the process (that can be extremely stressful) so much, that we've gotten 2 additional quotes from Performance for work in other rooms. Great experience overall with Performance Painting on our multiple projects. I chose them primarily because theyre on "The Good Contractors List", and the on-site workmanship absolutely backed up that reputation. Across all phases that required crews on-site, the results ranged from very good to excellent. Everyone we interacted with was professional, and the subcontractors involved delivered strong work. The only downside was timeline. The original estimate was a 5-week completion, but the project ultimately took more than double that. With multiple subcontractors involved, coordination and schedule communication could have been tighter and more proactive. That said, I would absolutely use them again - and I already have. Ive signed a new contract with Performance Painting for additional work, which should speak for itself about the quality of the end result and the overall experience. Even with the extended timeline, the quality of the final product was excellent, and Id recommend Performance Painting -especially if quality is your top priority. If you hire them, Id just suggest getting a clear schedule plan up front and regular progress updates along the way.

Brad was extremely knowledgeable & prompt to provide a quote and discuss options as I had some siding/soffit/fascia repair needed as well in addition to paint. Omar & his crew were fantastic making the repairs, sealing & caulking and carefully taping and covering any areas so there was ZERO over spray on the brick or any other areas.
