Alex and John were superb! Everything was beautifully executed, from notification and introduction of the technicians from the main office staff, to the heavy lifting of a marble slab on top of its table base, to installing kitchen and bathroom cabinet knobs and handles, to hanging my extensive picture collection and animal trophies.They are consummate professionals who enjoy their work. I now feel moved in in my new home instead of camping out in it! Thanks to The Handymen at The Handyman. shooting stars are appropriate here!

We needed two very simple mirrors mounted onto our walls. Two guys came and quoted us $975. Just to mount TWO mirrors to drywall. We werent asking them anything crazy and these mirror were simple mirrors bought off Amazon. Because of their consultation fee of $90 we basically lost $90 for them to quote us almost A THOUSAND dollars just to mount mirrors to the wall. Unbelievable. Dont waste your time or money with them.

Was quoted $20,000 for 220 square feet for vinyl hardwood flooring. When the guy told me that, my stomach dropped because like what? All American Flooring quoted me $5,000 AND didnt charge me to come out to look ant the floors and provided financing. Absolutely a scam and I am embarrassed I even paid for the guys to come out to do the estimate. Do NOT go with these guys. What a joke.

My technician with Mr. Handyman, Mr. Torres, was amazing! I threw a large, random list of home maintenance and repair items at him as we prepared our home for sale. He was honest in providing options for the various projects, gave us a fair quote upfront, and promptly and efficiently set to work. Everything was done competently and with great care.

Cant give stars. Scheduler rude and made claims against me with no proof. With in 30 min of letting me know payment had not been received they threatened to get the police involved even though I never even hinted at not making a payment. Tech left cabinets worse the before. Wrong color and roller marks all over my cabinets.

I had light blocking curtains put up in my bedroom at my new apartment and the windows are about 10 ft High so he did an excellent job putting up the curtain rod and the curtains excellent! And so fast he didn't rush he just knew what he was doing and it went along very quickly. I appreciate Mr Handyman so much. I have used them several times at my old home and now at my apartment. Will always use Mr Handyman.

Im updating my previous review of Mr. Handyman of Midwest Collin County to reflect how they handled a problem after my initial experience. Originally, during work performed on 11/7, my shower door was accidentally broken during reinstallation. At the time, communication regarding scheduling the replacement took longer than expected, which led to my initial negative review. Since then, the company reached back out and worked with me directly to resolve the situation. They followed through on replacing the shower door and made sure the issue was handled properly. I appreciate that they ultimately stood behind their work and took the extra steps needed to make things right. Mistakes can happen with any service company, but how a company responds to those mistakes matters. In my case, they worked with me professionally and ensured the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. I appreciate their effort to correct the situation and their willingness to follow through.

Jeremy Torres came out to fix my fence. He was great and to the point. I was told the repair would be within about 4 hours and he nailed the time frame almost exactly. The repair looks great and the fence is very sturdy and level. I am very happy with the service!!!!

I used the business Mr. Handyman from McKinney Texas to fix a fence. The work was done efficiently, but what I was quoted on the phone for the work was NOT what they followed through with. They charged me over 200 dollars an hour for labor. They said they would charge me an 89.00 fee for an estimate that would be applied toward the work, but it was NOT. They will not return my calls. I even called 2 other handyman businesses that agreed that the McKinney business overcharged me. I feel like this business lacks integrity and honestly. I would not use this business or recommend it to anyone.

Michael was very professional and clearly explained the issue. I appreciated the speedy service and will definitely utilize this company again. My issue was a smoke alarm beeping which turned out to be the CO2 alarm beeping.

Matt did great work installing a new soap dish and a side grab bar. We reviewed a couple of items and he offered insight. All good with cleanup too. I will say there could have been better communication as Matt shopped for the grab bar and apparently there is an up charge in addition to the hourly rate. The up charge was not communicated. My husband had to call the company to review the high costs. I would recommend you purchase all your items of time as that would have saved us. Quality of work was great though.

Best painting service I have ever had!.. I picked a dark green color for my office walls and brown on the ceiling, lil dangerous colors and would turn out ugly if I had the wrong guy. Their craftsmanship shows in every detail. They came prepared with the right tools, knew exactly what they were doing, and finished the full install in a single day.
