The lady with the accent is super rude not helpful and shouldnt be in a rude where she works with people. No reason to be so nasty when you know the people you are calling and inconveniencing are literally at work when you call them. Wendy however is an angel and I wish there werent a day with out her there so I never had to deal with nasty accent lady ever again.
