We originally met Austin from Homescapes when we had a mishap with a bathroom remodel and he came out to repair our ceiling in our garage. Mind you he was the 3rd person who attempted to repair the ceiling. He did a great job. At the time we were thinking about replacing our stair rails and asked if he could help with that. He provided his card. Although we were not ready we kept him in mind. A year later we had Austin out to provide us a quote, we approved and he started work 6 weeks later. We had his team put in skirting and wood rails with iron spindles. I am in total awe of the job they did. The new stair rails really opens up the house. it looks so awesome. The railing we had was original to the house built in 1994 and to me it really looked like the stair rails belonged outside on a deck rather than inside a house. He and his team are super friendly and easy to work with. For the work Homescapes provides, their honesty and friendliness I give them 5 stars! Thank you so much!

We recently had our deck built by Austin and his team at Homescapes, and we couldnt be happier with the results! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. The team was so kind and hardworking-- they tore out our 20 year old deck and installed the new in three weeks! Homescapes allowed us to customize the coloring of the deck to insure we got exactly what we wanted. Even when I requested all white railings and a gate for our dog! We have a huge rottie who the team instantly lovingly embraced. The quality of the materials and the attention to detail in their work really stood out to me. As a woman, Ill admit I was a little nervous at first about having a team of men working around my home on a project I didnt fully understand. But from day one, the crew was incredibly respectful, kind, and professional. They always took the time to explain what they were doing, answered my questions patiently, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. It really meant a lot, and I genuinely appreciated the safe and welcoming environment they created. They kept me up to date every step of the way. Their pricing was phenomenal and Austin was really straight forward about the different costs associated with building. I cannot recommend them enough!

Our main floor bathroom was old, tired and falling apart. Tile was falling off the walls, the tile shower pan was leaking, the vinyl flooring was breaking off and the floor underneath was spongy due to moisture penetration. We reached out to Omaha Homescapes because they had good reviews, and we weren't excited about the other 2 contractors we had interviewed. Austin White came over and evaluated our situation. He recommended a total gut job, which was what I was thinking as well. He presented material selections and design choices. Austin has a good sense of design and color coordination and that made it easy for my spouse to finalize her choices. The project took several weeks but the result is amazing! We now have a modern bathroom with a waterproof shower pan and acrylic shower wall panels. Austin and his crew did a fantastic job with painting, flooring, trim, lighting and fixtures. One small issue - the shower head has a constant drip. I have contacted Austin, and he says he will come out and fix. I have confidence that he will follow up. Overall - I definitely recommend Austin White of Omaha Homescapes! Update - the dripping shower has been fixed! Austin and his crew followed up like he said they would. They back up their work, which is somewhat hard to find these days. Great job!

I first met with Austin to remodel my shower and he helped create a vision through his iPad to see whats going on it will look like when completed. Then Adam and Oziel came out and made sure to keep everything clean and efficient and I was surprised that they were able to take out my old shower and replace it in ONE day! Give them a call for any bathroom needs!

These guys are phenomenal. Our fence was destroyed by the last storm and I was stressed about price and being able to get it scheduled for replacement before winter. Austin came out and gave us a very reasonable quote and said they could have it done in a day. I left for work in the morning and when I got home at 530 they were gone and I had a new fence and all the old fence was hauled away. Work area was clean and neat. Fence work was excellent and looked great. We are very happy and impressed. Thanks Omaha Homescapes for a job well done by trained professionals.

I have hired Austin & his brother to move me two different times now and these guys are GREAT!!! They are VERY professional in demeanor, dress and attitude. From the moment they arrived, they never sat down once. They keep going until the job is done! They are very kind and even helped set my bed up for me, which was so nice of them. I can't say enough good things about these guys. If you hire them, you won't be sorry, I promise. Love you guys and thanks for everything!!!

This review is solely based on communication. Didn't actually get them to do the job because they stopped responding to me without a reason. I was out of country on deployment and reached out in March. Got a quick response saying they would go check it out. Went a couple weeks before I reached out to see if they were able to check it out. I was told they did and I would get a quote next day. It's been 2 weeks since then and I have followed up through email, phone call (left voicemail) and text. Received no response to anything. I needed a small portion fixed so maybe it wasn't big enough for the company to take care of which isn't a big deal, would just be nice to have been given a reason as to why instead of being blown off.

I reached out to Austin via Facebook marketplace to I quire about repairing/replacing a fence. If you been on marketplace you know you can have non great experiences. This was totally not the case with Austin and Omaha Homescapes. Austin came out to check the work that needed to be done first. Then came out another time to meet my fianc and ease her concerns. Austin initially gave us a time line of late June, early July before his team could make it out. Much to our surprise, they were able to come out 2 weeks early and finish the job in 2 days. Even coming to work on a Sunday! The crew came and spoke to me and let me know what they were doing and their process before wrapping up the job. We are extremely happy with the finished product and service Omaha Homescapes provided. Austin also was flexible with payment options for me which went a long way. Can not recommend him enough. Thank you Austin and Omaha Homescapes!

We had a sewer backup, and after the cleanup, we of course needed the drywall repair. Austin wasn't well so he had a couple of guys doing the work. The work was completed but the result was atrocious, and that's putting it nicely. The contractor came for the floor and noted how bad the dry wall work was. For example, at the bottom of the stairs, if you pushed gently on the spot the mud would crack and it was noted that the piece would literally flop. The contractor felt so bad for us, he was helping us repair spots. If Austin wasn't getting chemotherapy, we would have had them back or asked for a reduction in the $5k we paid. If Austin does the work, great, if not, I don't think you can trust his partners.

We were very impressed with the deck built by OmahaHomeacapes. It far exceeded our expectations with the decorative posts, what appears to be custom hand rails and grooved steps to prevent slipping in wet conditions. Weve been enjoying our deck for several weeks now and are glad we went with this company. Austin gave a great presentation and was easy to work with. The only thing Austin needs to work on is the estimated starting time. The starting time needed to be pushed back a couple of times because of his prior commitments. This in no way detracted from the quality of workmanship or the deck. If I were to start over from the beginning I would definitely go with OmahaHomeacapes.

Austin from OmahaHomeScapes has been wonderful to work with. We had projects which required Austin and his work crews skills in carpentry and masonry. They were prompt in arrival and did an excellent job. Because we are in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic they had no problems wearing PPE which made us feel safe. They were not needlessly noisy and cleaned up nicely after their work. They were not afraid to check with us at important moments to confirm our wishes. We plan on using them on future projects as we get our 35-year-old home ready for future sale. Austin did such a good job our neighbor hired them for some of their own projects.
