Short story- doesnt call or show up when promised. Long story- My husband and I had extremely high hopes for Nick and his team. We met Nick when our general contractor hired them as subcontractors for some drywall work. Our general contractor took 5 months on a job that was quoted for 3 weeks, and had a habit of showing up whenever he felt like. But his subcontractor, Nick with A Hole in the Wall was prompt, and efficient and we had plans to use him for future projects. One small ceiling whole to start. He was supposed to call us and come over early last week to do the job. He never called, texted, or showed up. He reached out to my husband today regarding the job, stated he hadnt gotten paid by our general contractors and was waiting for that, and he went out of town. My husband told him we were no longer interested in using him as he didnt call or show as promised, and we werent going to be leverage between the fighting of two contractors, as we paid the general contractor in full. But wished him luck. He texted my husband back stating he would have put a lien on our house over the $800 that our contractor not paid him, but he finally got paid so we were off the hook. (We were never on the hook, legally we arent responsible for paying a subcontractor, the general contractor is ) Then he stated he didnt have time to do our small job anyways. Then proceeded to tell my husband he sounded grumpy and probably needed some sleep. Lol. Ridiculous and completely unprofessional.

Nicholas did a great job putting up drywall in our remodeling project, drywalled and retextured ceilings and patched many small holes in walls around the house to get ready for paint. He is easy to work with and got our project done in a timely manner.

Nick did an outstanding job. We had several holes that were left from removing an old intercom system in our home, as well as patching in our textured ceiling from installing recessed lighting. Nick gave us a clear understanding of what work needed to be done, how long it would take, and the cost. He kept to his word, and his craftsmanship is top notch. I would recommend using his service, and if we need drywall repair in the future, Ill be using him again.

Rose this is Jay and I own this business. You must have had someone from the other hole in the wall come out. I would never treat a customer in that manner.the two businesses often get confused. I do drywall repair and the other does remodel work.
