After a bad experience with a different contractor, Sebastian was a breath of fresh air. He was able to give us a quote for the work we wanted done in such a timely fashion. He told us specific dates of when he would be able to do the work and, unlike many others, he stuck to those dates. He showed up exactly when he said he would and he got right to work on fixing a portion of our siding and doing a few drywall repairs. He did an excellent job with the repairs. He was professional and also friendly. Another perk is that he truly loves dogs and he always gave ours some attention which made the numerous trips in and out of the house so much easier. We were so impressed with our experience with Oak Lane Construction and will definitely use his services again.

What a wonderful experience, from the very 1st call to schedule and estimate for repairs, to the very reasonable quote, (which he stayed true to), to the all day updates with photos for 2 days, until the last piece of scrap was picked up before Sebastian and his son left with a perfectly finished job. I had contacted Sebastian about some outdoor wood repairs I needed on my home, as well as some deck board work. The whole experience was great! Sebastian went over everything, I did not have to ask a questions as he communicated all that would happen, when etc and it did. Just as he said.
