We hired Mudslingers drywall to remove and install new drywall in September 2024. Troy and his crew were professional, hard working, and very good at what they do! They were very flexible with our schedules as we were having other projects completed in our house. Definitely recommend and they will be our first call for future drywall projects.

We have used Mudslingers for several remodeling projects, most recently for the master bathroom. The whole room needed to be quickly mudded, sanded, and painted in order to keep the project on schedule. They did so very well and received rave reviews from the next contractors who came to install the tile. They asked for the name of the company who did our walls so they could refer them to their customers. There was some touch-up needed in a few spots, which Mudslingers fixed quickly. We plan to use them for our next project as well.

Instead of fixing ice dam water damage, this time they helped us finish our basement, and it was as easy as you could ask it to go, and all the work is terrific. I am terribly not handy and I hate dealing with fixing things or handy work in the worst way, which is why it is an enormous relief to have Troys number in my phone, who will get it handled, and quickly, and if some little thing went wrong, hell get that handled even quicker. We tried to do the work ourselves in places this time to save money, but their quotes are reasonable enough we gave up on most of them and just had the company handle it. We tried to get other estimates doing such a big project to save as much money as possible, but theyre consistently in the most reasonable options, and some of the folks we used that were cheaper had to have their work fixed by Mudslingers. Lesson learned, will just be our go-to resource for house problems as long as were nearby. Thanks guys.

Subsequent Post: I recently posted a review about the great job that Mudslingers did with mudding and taping our basement. My electrician was finishing up the wiring afterwards and discovered there were a few outlets that were not working. When he told me they had to cut a few holes in the Sheetrock that was just finished and now painted, I panicked. I reached out to Mudslingers to see if they could come out again. Not only did they come out a day or two later, they fixed it for free. You dont find many businesses these days that would perform that type of service. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Original Post: Its always a challenge knowing where to look when you need help on a home remodeling project. We just put up sheetrock in our basement and were looking for someone to mud and tape it as well as texture the ceiling. We looked at Craigslist and reached out to a few local businesses. It can be overwhelming. A friend of ours recommended that we contact Mudslingers Drywall. They came out to our house quickly, were very knowledgeable, answered any questions, and their pricing was very competitive. We quickly felt like they were the best fit for our project and at no time did we feel pressured to go with them. They did a tremendous job. They finished the project on time, their crew was very friendly, and there were no surprises or additional costs at the end. We will definitely use Mudslingers again for any additional projects moving forward and would highly recommend them.

I dont even know where to start but whatever you do DO NOT hire this company! I have never written a bad review in my life but I was completely burned by Troy and his team. I hired them 1 year ago to finish a room and a hall way with in addition to install 3 new doors. Every part of the process was done poorly and incorrectly. The doors were crooked, and installed with only 2" brad nails with nothing more to support the door! The drywall tape was filled with bubbles and was peeling up in several spots. they didnt bother to take outlet face plates off they just cut the drywall holes around them leaving 1/2" gaps around them!! They threw away my antique vent covers. The worst part of all of this was the fact that they cracked and entire wall of tile in my bathroom, a room they didnt even do work in! Initially they offered to repair the bathroom at a discounted rate. Given I had no other options, I agreed and we signed a contract for the work to be done mid last summer. When the time came they were a no show. On top of that they didnt respond to my emails, calls or texts. During the first estimate Troy boasted about how honest and responsive they were. Dont be fooled by this crook! What a disappointing experience.

Troy was very pleasant. However, a few months back I wrote a lengthy text regarding some concerns of a job we had done and never heard from him. This was a 2 man job and only 1 person came. My contractor friend didn't think the job was done professionally. I've tried to let this go but I'm so frustrated when I look at what was to be our focal point of a kitchen / LR remodel. Boards don't mesh. One board had a huge crack through it. Didn't show that picture. Hubby patched it up. Boards bowed. (That should be ckd at the store first). The end cap looks ridiculous. I'm just so sad to pay over $2000 and we still had to paint it ourselves.
