Alex is very professional, and at the same time he is very personable. We had him paint one room for us. He arrived on time, he very carefully covered the floor and furniture with drop cloths and plastic sheeting. He did an excellent job of painting, including sealing a few small dry-wall cracks. He cleaned up everything he was responsible for. His price was very reasonable. Alex painted all of our new townhome except one bathroom before we moved in. He also did several drywall fixes. He also removed all the old phone jacks and drywalled over them. He was efficient, kept to his timelines and left the place immaculate. I highly recommend him!

We had Alex work on our 105 year old house. He started by scraping, replacing and painting our siding and trim on the third floor. It is gorgeous! Flawless! We can't wait for spring so he can finish the first two stories. In the meantime we're going to have him paint some of the inside of our house. What a great find!!

Modern Metro Painting and Drywall has done several projects for us. They have removed the popcorn ceiling and painted with excellent results. They have also done some drywall repairs that I was skeptical about, but the finished product is outstanding. You cannot tell where the (major) repair was even in different lighting. They have painted several of our rooms as well. They were always on time, did great work and were reasonably priced. I would recommend them to anyone. I will be using them again this winter.
