I had the Lossing team of Randall & Shane in to do some repairs and completion of work another contractor kept putting off. I was so impressed with the work they did and how quickly it was done. Since I was going to paint when they were done, they cleaned up everything and repapered the floors so I could paint freely without having to worry about making a mess of the floors (which I totally did of the paper!!). I love their work ethic and thoroughness. I will be recommending them to everyone! Thank you!

This summer Lossing Construction sent a crew to replace the siding on our modest house with Hardy Plank siding. They also painted the exterior when the siding was done. After a wait of many months, we were delighted with how the project proceeded. Once we fit into a time frame for Lossing Constructions many projects, work commenced as promised and the siding work crew in particular was excellent. We think highly of the crew leader, Duke, and the various people who worked under his direction: Seth, Darius, Ryan. We were happy when Jayson Lossing, the owner, stopped by occasionally to check on things. The project was completed timely despite the heat and they treated our house, yard and visiting young grandkids with respect. And we are so pleased with the result.

L&I shows a citation for safety violation, which is a "red flag." I was unaware of Lossing's adverse safety record when I called them to provide an estimate. I checked their record after having an unpleasant experience with the guy they sent to my home. I'd never hire them or have them anywhere near my property again.

Super satisfied! Needed a drywall patch with knockdown style texture. Had a call back within 24 hours and was able to have the repair done within a week of my initial call. I felt some sticker shock until I saw the finished product. Randall was out three times to patch, skim and then add texture. You can't even tell there is was patch. Wall looks good as new. Worth the cost and will definitely hit up Lossing for future projects. Details (because it's always nice to find a review with it): 20"'x25" patch with additional cuts for washer hook up, full skim and knockdown style texture. Quoted $350-$500 and paid $400+tip.
