We own a rental property in Arlington and needed walls repaired and the entire house repainted including trim and baseboards, within a week to prepare for new tenants. Liberty painting responded immediately to our request (after typical business hours), provided a reasonable quote, was able to work within our tight time frame, did a fantastic job, and continuously communicated with me throughout the process. We couldnt be more pleased with the quality of the work, customer service, and fair pricing. We would highly recommend liberty painting for any project - large and small.

What an Amazing company/job! Im moving and Liberty Painting painted my 2 floor stacked condo. They did the railings, floorboards, ceiling, repaired stains/holes, window sills/frames....you name it! Alex was great with his leadership, suggestions, professionalism and efficiency. Luis was always responsive with estimates and answers to my questions. They are Fairly priced, great workers, did an excellent job, were professional, and customer service oriented. Just awesome. Arguably the best company I have dealt with in my 16 plus years living in the area. The quality and commitment received for what you are paying are second to none. I was fortunate to have found Liberty Painting and would give them my highest recommendation for any job going forward. They were simply amazing!

It was a small price for a small job, but as soon as the worker arrived, the small price increased by $100 as soon as he came through the door-this could have and should have been stated before the workers arrival. Then he promised a small refund for worker trashing my sink, which he never sent. Update: Since this review, owner has provided some resolution and rating upgraded.

Luis was very responsive from the start while I was gathering quotes from multiple companies. His quote was also very reasonably priced. He was able to get my project scheduled within the week, which helped us get everything completed quickly. His team was prompt, on time, and did a thorough job with prep work including fixing nail pops, tape seams, and nail holes before painting. Everything looked great when they finished. Highly recommend!

Luis and his crew painted the entire interior of my home shortly after purchase over a year ago. That job also included removing wood paneling and putting up drywall. They did a great job so I used them to tuck point and paint my brick facade. Again, they did a great job and I cant recommend them enough!

Had the folks at Liberty come out to paint our dining room/kitchen area. Its a space the requires going around appliances and cabinets so wanted to hire out for it. They did such a great job: reasonably priced, timely, efficient and kind. Everything was cleaned up after and looking fresh. We will hire them again when we have more rooms to be painted!

Had a great experience working with Luis on a ceiling drywall repair. There was a noticeable patch that needed fixing, and he did a really clean job blending everything in so it looks seamless. Communication was easy, he showed up on time, and the whole process was straightforward. Really happy with how it turned out and would definitely use him again.

I contacted Liberty Paint to fix a crack in our plaster wall. They responded within minutes, were out to fix the wall the next day, and the wall looks great. They even stopped to get the paint to match. They were quick, super helpful, and cleaned up well after the job. Given the ease of the process, you would think they may be expensive, but they were reasonably priced. We are already planning other projects that we will use their services for in the near future.

After getting a few bids, I asked the day of the repair if Liberty could come the same day. Amdres was sent to do some repairs to my shed from water damage. He was an awesome worker, attentive to details, and a veteran. Would recommend Liberty to anyone.

I could not be happier with Liberty Painting. I used the company approximately 15 years ago and was extremely happy with them. When I reached out to Luis on a weekend, he responded immediately and scheduled an estimate for the next workday. He provided an estimate in writing the same day and gave me a work date for that same week. His team did in one day what another company told me couldnt be accomplished in three days - and for half the price. The team arrived on time, were extremely professional, cleaned up exceptionally and took down every possible obstruction to the paint to make sure their work was second to none. When I contacted Luis about one small spot that didnt dry perfectly, he immediately responded that he would have someone out the next morning. Cant recommend this team highly enough!

Im a homeowner with renters, and I get a lot of projects that need attending to. Over the past 3 years Ive gone through every handyman and painter in the book. Either the price is too high, or the work gets compromised when someone is charging a bit less. These guys are literally the first contractors Ive found in the area that are the best of both worlds. I had some serious water damage to my ceiling, and they not only repaired it at a great price, but you cant even see where the patches are. In addition, they did some handyman work for me as well and it looks like I hired 3 different trades based on the quality. Do yourself a favor and call Luis..thank me later!

We had a couple of paint jobs done with Liberty, most recently a painting of the entire interior of my partners town home. We recently moved across the country, and needed to get the place repainted in a hurry so that we could have it rented. Luis gave us an estimate at the drop of a hat, coordinated his team to complete the job in short order, and sent us excellent pictures of the job when complete. The day I bought a condo in DC, I called Luis at Liberty Painting to inquire about a paint job. I assumed we'd have to schedule a time to meet at the place and go over my preferences, then schedule the actual painting. But no! He had a crew on-site the next morning (I had chosen colors already and simply sent him the pallet), with the paint, ready to go. They were done within five hours, and it looked fantastic! Clean lines, attention to detail - I couldn't have asked for a better job. I recommend Liberty Painting with no hesitation.

We found Luis and his team at Liberty Painting when we had an emergency at our rental in downtown Washington DC. He was honest and his team showed up at the time promised. We used Liberty to paint the inside of our home, and I feel like it was a mistake. First, the owner is a very nice person, so I almost didn't post this but I kind of feel obligated to. I should have looked at their photos of work, because even their good reviews and their own photos are of a midocre quality. I don't know why I overlooked that. I received the same subpar quality if not worse. Their work was cheaper, yes, which I gave them credit for, but it was not worth it even with the lower price. The spackling was bumpy, the painting lines were sloppy, the roller marks overlapped, there's areas without coverage. They didn't protect my floors adequately. It's not worth buying cheaper clothes if they fall apart after the first wash, or a cheaper phone if it doesn't work... same feeling here. If you are hiring painters for a rental before you stick some tenants in there and your drywall is already bad, this is probably an ok company to use. If you care about quality and don't want to be embarrassed every time you bring people over to your house, find a painting contractor that is a professional. Again, nice man- but if you are hiring to actually be happy with the job, this isn't the right outift.
