We couldnt be happier with our bathroom remodel! From start to finish, the team was professional, communicative, and incredibly easy to work with. They kept us informed every step of the way and actually finished the project two days ahead of schedule, which was such a pleasant surprise. The craftsmanship is outstandingyou can really see the attention to detail in every aspect of the work. The entire process was smooth and stress-free, far easier than we expected. On top of that, the pricing was very fair for the quality delivered. We absolutely love the finished result and would not hesitate to hire them again for our next project. Highly recommend! We had popcorn ceilings removed and replaced with knock-down and painted. 2 sliding doors and one steel exterior door replaced. Railings replaced on front porch and interior painting. Had some difficulty in the beginning with new ceiling texture not adhering; however, they worked and made if right. Worked diligently to get the work done even though I suspect it was a little longer than expected to do the work.

I had a great experience working with this contractor on converting my half bath into a full bathroom and installing a new shower. The project was completed ahead of schedule, and the quality of work exceeded my expectations. When unexpected issues came up including my hot water heater going out they handled everything quickly and professionally without missing a beat. Their communication, efficiency, and problem-solving made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend their services.

I had to go through several contractors that said they would come out and fix my leaking doors before I found Kyle. His guys came out, took the doors and frames out and found the issues. They were very professional/knowledgeable about what they were doing. They finished the work in a timely manner and cleaned up their work/trash when they were done. This is my first time using Kyle of all trades, but so far, I am impressed. I hope to use him again on future projects.

If u need home improvement kyle is your guy. He listened to what we wanted and had suggestions and ideas to make it work. The finished product was amazing. We had three bathrooms remodeled and new interior doors. Throughout the process he was always prompt to answer my questions. They showed up when they said they would and got the job done. Had a double door installed. They got to it ahead of schedule and did a good job! Also, my house always seems to have something out of whack, so it took a little more than originally thought, but Kyle didn't charge extra like I'm sure some contractors would have.

Kyle met with us at a time that was accommodating to our schedules. He explained what repairs needed to be done and got a quote back to us just a few hours after visiting our home. We knew there would be a wait before the work could be completed but he was able to get our work done ahead of schedule. The crew that worked on our house were very nice and even let the dogs out to potty and brought in a package that was delivered. 10/10 would recommend.

We had some water damage in a bathroom ceiling from a leaking vent boot. Kyle responded very quickly after my call and was very professional. I also had him install a new light with fan in the bathroom. His crew was very knowledgeable and let us know every thing they were doing and why. They installed tin ceiling tiles in three major rooms in our home. This was a non-trivial task. They decided on their own if sections needed to be readjusted for proper alignment.

We had some serious problems with rotting floor joists and sill plates. Kyle came out and gave us an estimate the same day I called him, and was very responsive to calls and texts throughout the whole process. He won't ghost you like a lot of contractors do. His crew are amazing as well. They worked in the crawl space for 6 days replacing every floor joist, sill plates, and support beams, as well as installing a moisture barrier and insulation. They are hard workers, know what they're doing, and was very respectful of our property. Everything looks great, and our floors are solid and safe again. I definitely recommend Kyle and his crew!

KoAT did several small construction jobs for us in only a few hours. Would employ them again. Edit 6 years later: They did a stellar job remodeling our bathroom, leveling our house, and doing some small repairs for us. Even finished 3 days early.

Kyle spoke with us concerning a problem we had with water accumulating in a wall. We thought it might have to do with a condensation line from the air conditioner. He gave us an estimate and plan of action. Right away he identified the problem. The crew that installed our new deck inadvertently cut the condensation line in the wall and water drained into the wall. Kyle noticed he could attach the condensation line to the drain for the washing machine eliminating the condensation pump and the line through the wall. When we had a new HVAC unit installed a few years back-the contractor didnt notice the condensation pump could have been eliminated by hooking into the washing machine drain. Two other contractors that remodeled (complete tear out) our kitchen and bathroom/laundry room also missed this easy fix that Kyle noticed right off. We were very pleased with the all the work Kyles crew did and especially getting the drain problem corrected and replacing the wall that was damaged by moisture. The crew was very knowledgeable, skilled and hard working. We highly recommend Kyle of all trades.

Gary, the workman repairing my ceiling, was quick, through and very professional. The ceiling looks great. You can not tell it had been damaged. He cleaned up everything afterward. The crews show up on time and gave me a full days work everyday. The project was multifaceted. Demolished the back deck and front steps ,built new ones. Removed old siding from my home and resided with a maintenance free siding. I am very pleased with the finished product.

We had an issue with a sponge floor board in a spare bed room. Turned out to be several floor joist were rotted due to continuous moisture in the crawl space. They replaced several joists and repaired/replaced all of the rotten areas. These guys did a great job. I would Highly recommend these guys and will be using them again in the future. Thanks again
