We set an appointment time but no one showed up. I called fifteen minutes after the scheduled time and was told something came up with another customer and they had to push my appointment back, they forgot to call me. I understand things happen and appointments need to be moved, but lack of communication is unacceptable. Everyones time is valuable.

Worst company I have ever work with. They were here 4 days for a simple ceiling repair of those for days the worked 14 hours and charge me for a lot more. I was quoted one price and when they found out they were really going to have to work the price tripled. They left a mess overnight in my living room because the quit work at noon my ceiling fan worked when they took it down but they burn up the motor trying to put it back up. their work is cheaply done and sloppy. They will dog it every chance they get but you will pay full price. If I could give a minus rating I would.

The workmanship was outstanding. More importantly to me was how enjoyable it was to work with Walker and his team. They did everything in their power to not inconvenience my daily routine. They told me when they would arrive to begin work and they showed up on time. Walker explained what the repair require and how he was going to complete it. The job went off without a hitch. A before and after photo is included. The before repair was done by a site maintenance person. The pictures speak for themselves. My hope is that the management company will use Walker for future projects.

I found Walker to be very professional and pleasant to interact with. He provided me with an actual quote, not an estimate, and well under budget. The work is excellent, with no paint overflow or running into the trim. It was completed efficiently, within the timeframe he indicated, and at the price he said it would be! Overall, I am extremely pleased and highly recommend him without hesitation! In fact, I have already scheduled another project with him and I would give ten stars if I were able.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Absolutely do not recommend. He gave an estimate for repairing some sheet rock and primering the entire house. He asked for half up front, and half at completion. He was given half up front on 2/3, and stated that he would be ready for paint by Saturday. I went and looked at the house on 2/5, and there had been some things taped off, and a few things done, but I couldn't see how there was any way it would be ready for paint by Saturday. Either 2/8 or 2/9, Walker claimed that he hurt his foot, and was subcontracting the work out, but then showed up on 2/10 to meet the men and was walking just fine. He notated at that point that he had a lot going on.... the men he subcontracted said they were already owed money by Walker for past jobs, so they were paid $1300 additional for the work that was included in the original quote, as well as $300 for product, that again should have been covered by Walker. In 2 days, those men got 20 times the work done that Walker did during this entire ordeal. He finally made a "recovery"and returned for more money, and to prime and seal. I went to take a look today (2/28) and was disgusted. There's broken trim everywhere that now has to be replaced, overspray on doors and built in trim, one closet that was never primed, there was a section that I pointed out in the sheetrock that needed replaced and wasnt. Paid way over the quote, and got less than we were quoted, and now are having to have a third person come clean up his mess. He seems like he's lacking the experience, and possibly overwhelmed. Understandable, but then don't waste someone's time and money. My husband told Walker that he wouldn't share his experience with him online, but I unfortunately didn't agree to that, and Im the one that has been strung along by time wasters. EDIT: Adding just one photo to show his idea of priming. No clue what the tape was for, you can clearly see the overspray, and he only chose to primer the borders. This picture shows enough, to guess what the rest of the house looks like. Disgusted, im absolutely disgusted. The more I look, the worse it gets. Editing to respond to Walker's reply. Actually yes, my husband absolutely told me that he told you he made a large purchase and couldn't afford more. Yep. That was his way of politely letting you go, because it was clear you weren't able to complete the job. He also had your replacement, bid the repair of your "work" while you were still there and she's still pointing out things you've not primed, like any closet in the entire house LOL. Ive also seen the texts between you and my husband, where you basically blamed all of the faulty work on the men that YOU SUBCONTRACTED to because of your "hurt foot"... so yeah, love that response from you where you take zero accountability lol. Super professional.

Interior Solutions was subcontracted by another company I had been working with to repair ceiling damage as a consequence of another job. They were prompt in assessing the damage and working with me to agree on how best to repair the damage. They replaced a 2 x 2 ft section of ceiling that had been broken through and blended the surrounding knockdown texture. Overall the work was very well done and the replaced section blends perfectly with the original ceiling. The employee they sent to do the work was proactive in preventing a mess in the home and cleaned up the rooms he worked in.

I hired Walker for a small drywall repair job. Walker was fast to respond and he quoted me a 6 hour job time with a price we both agreed on. I chose Walker from his online reviews and viewing pictures of his work. The images he has online show how nice and neat he prepared the work site with tape and plastic tarps. Unfortunately, he did not do that for me, and made a mess which he did not clean up. Initially, he made a scheduling error and had to reschedule me and then he showed up late the next day. Since he failed to prep the work area he sprayed texture on my new freezer, freshly painted walls, new baseboards, coat rack, and painting. Walker then used my wood to block his trailer from rolling and left the wood in my driveway. Also, Walker used my hose and left the water running and the spray nozzle covered in plaster. It seems like he was rushing even though he set 6 hours aside for this job, because he left his tools at my house as well. He denied my calls and messages and when he did answer he told me he does not do refunds.
