We used James B Remodeling to retile around our gas fireplace. I was so impressed with the attention to detail with the tile work that when it came time to redo a bathroom we used them again. The tile job did not disappoint and it was not an easy job. The tile was on the smaller side and stacked instead of offset, so precision was key. They worked with me whenever something came up to find a solution (our walls are far from straight). The guys were respectful and a pleasure to work with each day. The project was done on time and on budget.

James B Remodeling did outstanding work on a full kitchen remodel, including knocking down two walls, installing new cabinets, appliances, lighting, windows, doors, flooring & tile. He constructed a new mudroom & main-level washer/dryer for us. Sanded and refinished front door, capped old HVAC ducts, repaired two exterior porches and painted nearly the entire interior of our home. Quality exceeded our expectations, work was done fast-- just 7 weeks, & Amir and his team were a pleasure to work with. James B Remodeling helped us visualize our space and select finishes with 3D drawings of the layout, color choices, tile, lighting, & furniture placement. Work began a week early and crew arrived at 8:30am each day, working sometimes until 6pm to get the job done. Amir brought in an engineer to certify the removal of non-load bearing walls. When his crew discovered that a previous owner had cut through a different load bearing wall, they opened up 3 adjacent walls, installed double vertical beams and a supporting truss in the ceiling to ensure the safety and integrity of our home. The price was more than fair for the amount and quality of work that was done. We are so happy that we hired James B Remodeling!!

A friend recommended James B Remodeling for our kitchen work and we are so happy we asked her advice. James B Remodeling did a great job on our kitchen remodel. We wanted to keep our cabinets but upgrade the flooring and lighting. Amir was wonderful in helping us figure out what would work with our layout and to add ceiling and under cabinet lighting to brighten up the kitchen. He was super responsive and easy to work with throughout the process. The crew was professional and kept everything tidy while they worked. The quality of the work was fantastic, scheduled and completed quickly, and the cost was very reasonable. They repaired and painted our brick fireplace and it turned out exactly as we wanted. We will be working with James B Remodeling on other upgrades to our house.

Demo and renovation took one day. The one minor problem that dropped up was resolved the very next morning. This firm did two projects for us. Project #1: Full Renovation and Upgrade of Master Bathroom The team did an excellent job. Outstanding. They replaced the flooring, cabinets, showers, installed a new bathtub, LED lighting, and a new toilet. In addition, they painted the room. They completed the work on time. They arrived promptly and worked diligently to complete the work. They were neat and professional. Nothing was damaged and the work space was left clean and neat each and every day. The bathroom is gorgeous Project #2: Refurbishing of Basement Our basement flooded due to a heavy rainstorm in mid-July . We used another contractor to repair this. Once the waterproofing was completed, the team took over immediately due to our time constraints. They removed the old flooring, replaced it with new, waterproof flooring, repaired some areas of drywall, painted all rooms, and installed baseboard, reassembled our furniture and disposed of all debris. This basement is a pleasure to use. The team completed the work on time. They arrived promptly and worked hard to complete the work on time.
