Fredy is attentive to your needs and works hard to ensure everything is done to your satisfaction. His team is consistently punctual, friendly, and does great work. They are proactive in pointing out any potential issues and offered suggestions which I appreciated. They have completed a variety of projects for me including installing safety rails/bars/shower faucets, hanging pictures, removing and installing ceilings, utility sinks, walls, patch work as well as building a closet from scratch to conceal a newly installed sump pump with pipes. Each job has been done efficiently and with great care. I look forward to working with Fredy and his team in the future.

Maxc and the owner, Fredy C. did an amazing job for us back in August 2025 by helping us give our kitchen a fresh, modern look by repainting/resurfacing the cabinets and adding tile backsplash. Fredy communicated with us directly to understand our needs and provide input on what materials to purchase and what would look best for the kitchen. His team had a tight turnaround time because of our move-in date, but they worked diligently to get the job done on time and schedule. We also felt Fredy gave us a competitive quote, and we saved thousands of dollars by painting rather than entirely replacing out the cabinets. My husband Aaron and I would give Maxc Impressions 6 stars if we could! We are so happy with the painting and repairs they did in our home. Fredy was responsive to all of our questions leading up to and during the project. The painters were skilled and very thoughtfu, moving our furniture back into place, cleaning every day, and even re-hanging a shelf and re-anchoring our toy bin. They were also very accommodating when mid-project I changed from wanting a room to have an accent wall to making the whole room that color. We had a lot of nail pops and ceiling repairs to do, and now it looks perfect! Our home is transformed - we couldnt be happier with this project and the experience working with Fredy and his team. The price point was also very fair. We highly recommend this company, and will go back to them for projects in the future!

Fredy Cubas and his top-notch crew were great to work with from beginning to end. Fredy came out to provide a good estimate and was able to contract for the work to be completed in the window of time we needed. We had about 7-8 different paint colors for different rooms and each room was beautifully finished with two coats on most and one room needing three coats to fully cover the previous bold color. Before beginning painting, the floors were covered well--including stairs between three floors. The painters were friendly, good-spirited, and conscientious in their finishing work. Couldn't have been happier with the results. Highest ratings for Fredy and his crew!

Fantastic job and such a smooth experience from start to finish! We had our shop painted the week after a major snowstorm, and Fredy stayed in close communication the entire time to make sure everything was completed on schedule. I really appreciated the care they put into the details taking the time to properly patch every hole and making sure the finish looked clean and even. My shop feels so much brighter and refreshed now. A paint job can honestly be a little nerve-wracking because there are so many ways it can go wrong, but I felt completely at ease with Fredy and his team. Im so glad we chose them highly recommend!!

We hired Fredy and his team to do some pretty straightforward projects on our new house. The scope of work turned out to be far more complicated and demanding than we originally planned due to unforeseen issues with the house (and some design and construction choices on my part). We had a ridiculously tight deadline to get the original work done before we moved in not to mention all the various projects that we added along the way and they completed everything, often without me being on site for days because I was packing up our other house. They went out of their way to accommodate my requests again and again. Everything was done and delivered as promised (and beyond). After numerous negative experiences with contractors in the past, the whole experience was refreshingly positive. I cant say enough about the quality of work and professionalism of the entire team.... They completely transformed our new home, and they continue to do so as more ideas come to mind. But more than that, the courteousness, skill, and professionalism of every member of the team is above and beyond. They complete jobs properly, on time, and often ahead of schedule. They point out problems we didnt foresee and they come up with ideas that we couldnt have. They clean up messes and interact with us and other tradespeople and contractors with grace. Weve started referring to future projects as phase 2, phase 3, etc because I plan to use them again and again. I cant recommend Fredy and his team strongly enough!

You get less than what you pay for... These guys renovated my whole house in 2023. Fredy seems reasonably priced and easy to deal with until you give him a big project and then the only thing you hear is how he wants to upcharge for every possible task including things he already agrees to in writing. As an example he tried to upcharge for washing machine electrical when that was included in the contract. He also demanded payments when he hadn't completed any of the milestones in the contract on multiple occasions. He also on more than one occasion insisted I send him more money earlier than expected so he could make payroll and would then turn around continue making up charges of absolutely everything. He didn't supervise any of the work. Never spent more than a few minutes at the property and would complain about not knowing how to manage subs. He didn't manage subs and things were behind schedule and poorly executed. His flooring and HVAC subs are basically DiY guys and his drywall guys don't know what a plumb line is. Good luck asking him to make corrections because as soon as he gets paid he doesn't care what you say. He also doesn't take any accountability for his own subs (won't clean up after his electrician because that's not his kind of thing). Do not recommend for anything more significant than a paint job.

Fredy was a lucky find online. When we first met, we liked Fredys honesty (never overpromising) and straight forward nature of our engagement. Trust is so critical to renovation work as it can quickly become a nightmare and we are glad to have trusted our gut feel letting Fredy renovate 3 of our bathrooms. We are happy with the end results. Things we like: - Clear and detailed fee proposal upfront. Very reasonable compared to other quotes received - The team is on site every day from 8am to 4pm (not of those who disappear every few days to other sites) - Friendly and polite team who clean up at the end of every day - Communicative and always asking questions eg how high do we want our shower head, position of handles, layout of tiles etc In short, would highly recommend to anyone looking to do any remodelling work with some peace of mind.

My wife and I are extremely pleased with Maxcs work renovating our kitchen, painting multiple rooms, and doing a variety of other projects. We are first-time homeowners, and this was our first big home renovation project. Fredy was extremely patient and willing to work with us as our requests changed. He also connected us with an amazing designer when my wife and I were struggling to figure out our cabinets. That connection as well as Fredys experience working with that designer helped mitigate our stress as well as providing us another resources when he had additional questions. Fredy was also very communicative when his team and him had questions and/or when they needed our approval to make changes to our original plan. I really enjoy working with Fredy and his team -- I would not hesitate to hire them again. Fredy communicates well/frequently about the details and status of the project. It's easy to tell he cares about his team and the customer. The team is friendly, respectful, and focused on doing a good job. Maxc is very responsive to change orders and takes ownership of any mistakes/touchups. My advice for working with Maxc is to be really considerate about your project and communicate clearly with Fredy to establish the project as well as any changes/issues along the way. Like any project, it's easiest to address them up front and in real time. And don't be afraid to ask all your questions - Fredy is knowledgeable and responsive.
