Unfortunately, I need to update my initial review following a recent experience with a bathroom refresh project. The scope of work included painting, installing light fixtures, and replacing a vanity that all were personally purchased. While the quoted price seemed unusually high and went up another $500 due to having to cut into the door molding to frame the vanity and the mold resistant paint for the scope and quality of work, I moved forward based on prior experience. All three previous projects were small things like hanging up a TV, painting a deck and fixing dry wall. This was yet another simple task. Once the vanity was installed, my husband noticed water leaking from the plumbing and I reported it immediately. Despite having already paid for the service, I was told it would take nearly a week for someone to come out and inspect the issue. I was given a scheduled window for service of Tuesday between 3 and 5 PM but no one ever arrived, and no follow-up communication was provided. This lack of reliability is disappointing, especially considering that I had to follow up just to confirm the start time for the initial project. To experience a no-show not once, but twice, is both unprofessional and disrespectful. I now have to hire a separate professional to correct the plumbing issues that should have been addressed properly the first time. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company for any plumbing or detailed work. If you choose to use their services, I would limit it to simple tasks such as painting or light fixture installation. Absolutely wonderful work! On time, efficient and professional. So far Ive used them for 3 projects and plan on using them for many more.

Avi and his crew were absolutely amazing. Avi guided us through options and pricing and made the entire process so easy. He was always reachable and promptly returned any calls and answered all questions. The crew were phenomenalpersonable, friendly, and some of the hardest workers Ive ever seen! They got old deck demod and removed and new deck (with additions) finished in less than 48 hours. Truly amazing experience and I cant say enough good things. 12/10 would recommend to anyone.

The response time was quick as well as providing a quote (very reasonable) and scheduling an appointment. I had 5 ceiling fans and 3 light fixtures installed...they were professional and quick. I recently had In and Out Services LLC mount my 83-inch LG OLED TV, and I couldnt be more impressed! From the same-day estimate to the quick weekend installation, the entire experience was flawless. I received the TV on Saturday and needed it mounted that same day, which they accommodated without issue. They also offered a heavy-duty third-party mounting bracket when I wasnt happy with the one provided by LG. Technicians Ray and Fernando were professional, friendly, and handled my TV with care. Though their quote was just slightly higher than others (quoted $100+ less from two different local insured companies), the same-day service and quality of work made it well worth it. The only minor suggestion or improvement that I have is to vacuum up any drywall dust and possibly offer disposal of the boxes, but this didnt take away from the exceptional service. Ill definitely save them in my contacts for future needs. Highly recommend In and Out Services LLC! Give them a try if you're in the Rutherford/Williamsom area.Thank you!
