Working with Fears Construction was an incredible experience. While the Fears are our friends, thats not the only reason we chose themwe also knew firsthand that their standards for quality are extremely high. They completely redid our primary bathroom, and the process was seamless from start to finish. We shared a few inspiration ideas with Bre Fears, and with her design knowledge she brought over samples she thought wed loveand she absolutely nailed my vision. The decision process was so easy and took very little time because she immediately understood the look and feel we were going for. One thing that also stood out was their team. Everyone who worked in our home was so helpful, respectful, and kind throughout the entire project, which made the experience that much better. We chose not to see any of the progress during construction and waited until the project was fully complete to see the final result. We trusted them completely, and it was well worth the wait. When we finally saw the finished space, we were blown away. Our bathroom is more beautiful than we could have ever imagined. Were so grateful for their craftsmanship, professionalism, and design expertise.

We had an amazing experience, start to finish, with Fears Construction. Over the past 6 months they finished a complete interior renovation (new kitchen, flooring, stairs, powder room and expanded panty) and also a new covered front porch and screened in back porch. They assisted tremendously with design in the early phases with novel ideas and assistance with finish selection, and during construction Adam Fears and his team were always immediately responsive and present throughout the project. Every subcontractor was on site when they were scheduled. The only timeline delays we had were caused by inclement weather yet the impact on completion was negligible. The space will provide the perfect four-seasons area for entertaining and many celebrations to come. We could not have been more satisfied with the work done by Fears Construction. They installed a tongue and groove ceiling in our kitchen/sunroom as well as our great room. Fears Construction remodeled my powder room. They were a delight to work with. First, they communicate daily. Second, they come on time. Third, their price is reasonable. Fourth, everyone was polite, easy to have around and did good work. We removed the old floor tile, sink and toilet and installed new hexagon tiles, a wall mounted sink, two sconces, custom wainscoting, a new fan/light, and toilet. This was the easiest project Ive ever had done on my home. I highly recommend Fears Construction.

We hired Fears Construction to help remodel our powder room and master bathroom and they did a fantastic job! We absolutely LOVE it!! Adam and Bre are the dream team! They were with us throughout the design process. Bre was able to see our vision and bring it to life. She helped us pick out all the flooring, countertops, cabinets, fixtures and was with us every step of the way. And Adam was there to brainstorm and figure out how to make those designs real, like the ceiling faucet in our powder room. Their team including Drew and Haleigh are amazing. They are very communicative, which we truly appreciate. Their subcontractors are friendly, responsible and careful to protect the flooring. They kept things as clean as possible throughout the job. We loved working with them so much that we hired them again, to help give our home an uplift with new paint, new door hardware and lighting. It was a big job, but they were impressive again. Their paint subcontractor was punctual, worked long hours and did a great job. They came back to fix any imperfections we noticed even after the walk through was completed. Bre helped us find lighting fixtures that fit our taste and our entryway WOWS everyone who walks through the door. We were so impressed with Bres ability to understand our taste, that we asked her to help us with interior dcor for our home. She has been amazing at making our home inviting, cozy and comfortable. We have worked with other contractors before and have never felt the way we do about Fears Construction. They will stand behind their work and do everything to make sure their clients are 100% satisfied with the job.

The project started off as a 3 month timeline and ended officially almost two years after starting. I've had damaged property, no communication at times with the project manager or owner, some of the work is going to have to be re-done due to the quality. I would go out of my way to deter people from Fears because of my experience.

For a family that has not had positive experiences with contractors in our home - typically causing more harm than good, Fears Construction set us at ease from their initial consultation visit. This was a pretty substantial renovation for us, touching 3 different parts of our home - an entry valet, butlers pantry and kitchen. We are beyond pleased with the quality of work, timeliness to complete the project and the open communication from the Fears Construction team. They handled demo, tile work, custom hood installation, electrical, exhaust vent relocation, trim work and paint professionally and seamlessly. Their team collaborated with us on our vision and even adjusted on the fly for minor adjustments we decided to make. All of the Fears Construction team were very friendly and clean, taking time to prep by safeguarding the floor, countertop and appliances with coverings to eliminate damage or dust for all of the areas prior to starting the job and cleaning thoroughly after completion.
