We actually had two different adjusters try to deny the claim, but he never gave up. He stayed persistent, professional, and kept pushing until everything was properly handled. What really stood out to me was his communication. He kept me updated every step of the way, always letting me know what was going on and what to expect next. Home-Resto was helping a few homeowners in our area here in Summit and we thought we could try as well to get the work done through the insurance. Over the past 6 years Ive tried 3 times to get storm damage approved and I went with companies that tried to get it approved and all of them failed. After speaking with Naser Omer the owner of the company and his approach on how to get the work approved I was skeptical on trying again. After 3 months of negotiating with the insurance and not giving into their denial tactics we now have our home with a brand new roof all due to Naser and his teams hard work. The crew was fantastic and I was informed of the whole process from beginning to the end. The even got the plywood approved as it was not up to code. He helped us through the whole insurance process and we got the roof approved and also then paid out of pocket to get the siding, gutters, facia done to because we were so pleased with the quality of work they did on the roof.
