Horrible. (1) They came late. Two days late. Then, (2) after saying they could be finished in one day they had to come back. (3) During the initial visit at one point one of the guys disappeared and the other was in the bathroom watching Spanish shows on his phone. (4) On the second visit they were two days late AGAIN because the paint wasnt in stock. Did they bother to communicate that? No. (5) They forgot their broom and vacuum and asked to borrow ours. NO. (6) They hardcore clogged our pipes with paint. (7) I watched him climb onto our toilet and stand on our counter to install the vents in the ceiling because their ladder wouldnt fit in our bathroom. This screwed up the sealant around our toilet and our toilet seat. And the counter came loose from the wall by bearing his weight. Lastly, (8) when I called Lanier asked how to pay my bill, they said accounting would call me back. The man who did the work called me back instead and asked for payment via Zelle. So much of this experience was unprofessional. Did I finally get a bathroom ceiling? Yep. But now I have to call a plumber to fix my pipes and toilet and figure out how to fix my bathroom counter. I absolutely hated this experience with E&F General Construction via Lanier. Do not recommend.

These people wasted two days of my time telling me theyd get to my house for just an estimate! Tomorrow. Tomorrow. Thats all I got from them. I eventually just cancelled my appointment because no one ever showed up. When I called them to see what the status was, they told me theyd have the manager call me, and they never called. Would definitely not recommend, especially if you value your time.

It was a pleasure to work with Lanier Drywall And Painting team. From beginning to end it was a smooth operation, everything was handled promptly and politely. Mike was very accessible and responded immediately to any questions. It was great dealing with a company that you felt confidence in and that did exactly as they promised. We're very happy with the end result, the wood looks like new, it was a high quality job. I highly recommend them.

Called for a estimate - told there would be a $79.00 estimate fee on which I agreed to. Came out the next day, Friday, as promised, looked at what had to be done and said we would have a estimate Monday or Tuesday of the next week. Never got the estimate and can't get anyone to return my phone calls. Sounds like a nice way to make $79 dollars with out doing anything.

He recently painted my bathroom that I had given up on, and it took him a matter of a few hours to paint and clean. The job looks amazing and his pricing is great for the quality of work.
