I hired HAMMERCRAFT HANDYMAN to take care of several issues at a rental property I dont live near, and Brett was fantastic to work with. He communicated directly with the tenant to coordinate access and proactively kept me updated throughout the job, including sending before-and-after photos. He fixed everything efficiently and provided a clear, detailed invoice that made it easy to understand the work completed. What really stood out was that he looked at the home through a homeowner/inspector lens, flagging potential issues and even addressing some of them on his own. As a bonus, the tenant loved working with Brett as well. Its a huge peace of mind to have someone I can trust to take care of our house for all handyman-related work. Ill absolutely hire him again in the future.

Brett achieved remarkable results with replacing a very sub standard, makeshift exterior door from a long ago homeowner remodel. He was the only contractor willing to take the challenge on this project. Varied wall thickness and materials and mismatched framing required much custom fitting on site . Brett is a diligent, practiced, professional with excellent workmanship on all accounts. In our situation he brought creative yet careful improvisation to deal with many odd as- built conditions.
