They did a great job updating our 1970's popcorn ceiling to a more contemporary knockdown finish. We love the finished product, and I highly recommend Josh and Family Traditions Drywall.

Horrible company. Run!! Took full payment(over 9,000) in Nov. 2023 for a job that would take 2 weeks. NEVER finished. May 2024 I told him we were done. Josh failed to adequately supervise the poor workmanship. At one point he told me he didn't know how to fix the problems AND didn't have the time or money to fix it. I won in small claims court in early September...Josh still hasn't paid me back(Now Nov. 2024) the court ordered money . I had three companies come and look at his workmanship. They were shocked at the poor quality. All sheet rock had to be ripped out and replaced because it was so poorly done. Lots of short cuts. His reply to this review is not true. He was arrested for failure to comply with a court order!! Good luck if you work with him. His word means nothing to him. RUN AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Family Tradition Drywall was excellent to work with for my drywall repair project. I was offered multiple options and price points. Josh was responsive, provided an accurate estimate, and the work was complete timely. Communication on anticipated work days was great and much appreciated. I asked for minor corrections which were completed with in a couple of business days. Fantastic experience and would recommend for all drywall needs.

RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Owner will likely try to bury my negative reviews, as he has done with other negative reviews, by having his friends & family provide fake positive ones. Don't let that fool you, like it did me. This company hires subcontractors without vetting them, attempts to fix their horrible work, and still provides an end result that is not to the industry standard. For example, they installed a drywall ceiling in our bathroom that never got screwed in fully & began to bow, not even a month after installation! This business is not responsive, and takes at least a week to respond most times. In addition, we had well over 10 no-call no-shows, and have seen zero remorse from the owner regarding our bad experience. Our one-week timeline estimate project ended up taking 7 weeks before we requested a refund. The only way this owner would provide a partial refund is if we signed a legal document, stating we would keep quiet & not leave negative reviews / share our experience with others. The problems mentioned in this review are only the tip of the iceberg of the horrible quality work & customer service we experienced with this company. I strongly recommend you stay far away & go with a different company. I would have provided 0 stars, if possible.

Great work and a great crew! Worked on one room of a remodel in a finished home. Clean up the area and work around our schedule as a few life events happened during his plan work time. Easy to work with - great communication on phone and text messages.

Josh really helped me in a when I was in a pinch. I needs ceilings scrapped and a house painted fast. Josh came in and got all the work done and went above and beyond and helped us with some other small projects. 10/10 would recommend.

Josh has done some amazing work for not only me but my family and friends. His work is outstanding. We purchased a new house in late July and asked around for prices and quotes, family tradition drywall was the most affordable. Josh knocked down all the popcorn ceiling and changed it to texture, put up drywall, mud/ taped, and painted. The job was done in a fast and timely manner. Would 10/10 recommend!
