Do not be fooled by the 5 star reviews! Extremely poor quality framing at our residential project. Almost everything is unlevel, measurements have been way off, pocket frames were installed backwards! Our carpenter who is now trying to hide all of their mistakes says he has never seen work done this bad in his 35+ years of experience...

EMI framed a wall with a door in a day!! I went from having a weird open loft space to having a bonus room! Fantastic workmanship, professional team and great price. Im so happy with the work and highly recommend to anyone looking for drywall and framing work.

EMI was highly recommended on Nextdoor so I called them to repair a small section of ceiling drywall that had been damaged from a roof leak . From beginning to end the job went smoothly.The office staff was very efficient and pleasant. They were very accommodating in scheduling the job. The workman was prompt and did a very good job. I would definitely use this company again and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Very professional and very neat. They replaced my back door frame and then painted the inside and stuccoed the outside and got it ready to paint. They covered the areas inside and out and cleaned up when they were done. They had replaced my ceiling after Irma and had done such a wonderful job I didn't hesitate to ask them if they could do the back door.
