After hurricane Helene, we were interested in learning about Enduraflood, a product that would help 'floodproof' our home. Carlos came and talked to us several times to look at our project and help educate us on the product and allowed us to look at other projects he was working on in our area, with the other owners permission of course. He is very soft spoken and patient, listening to our concerns and explaining everything, answering our many questions. He and his team were very meticulous (our walls are not all just straight with four corners) in the work, true carpenters. They were willing to cut the product in an area approved by us, which was not the most convenient place for them. The cuts and joints look perfect. They cleaned up everyday. Carlos is very responsive and punctual and he and his team addressed the punch list quickly and professionally. I love how the end product looks and really enjoyed working with Carlos and his team. I hope we can work together again on other projects and have recommended him to our neighbors and friends.. This was a great experience for us.

They installed EnduraFlood waterproof drywall throughout the house and completely rebuilt the kitchen. The work was excellent, the crew was dependable, and Carlos stayed responsive and easy to work with the whole way through. In the aftermath of Hurricane Milton, Baypillar Restoration helped out a friend of mine whose house was damaged. They arrived promptly, which was a huge relief during such a chaotic time when it was so hard to get anyone on the phone. Throughout the entire process, they were responsive and kept open lines of communication when there were questions or needed updates. 12/10 EXPERIENCE. WOULD 100% USE AGAIN & 1,000% RECOMMENDED!!! Service = & Satisfaction = Carlos De Los Reyes (Carlos) & the entire Baypillar Restoration Team were professional, quick, responsive, efficient, affordable & accommodating throughout the entire process, & were true Godsends. They were one of the few rays of sun in an otherwise stormy week. I cannot say enough good things about Baypillar Restoration (BPR) & Carlos, as there aren't enough adjectives in the dictionary to describe our satisfaction while working with Carlos & BPR. It was a blessing to our business & home in general which will not be soon forgotten. Last Monday, South Tampa was hit by a short but powerful storm & within 30 minutes our office on MacDill & Gandy began to flood from a weak point from a building add-on which ended up growing to be about a 1/4th to 1/2 inch of water covering ~80% our entire unit! The entire staff was freaking out because we have a busy week ahead of us & didn't know what to do. Worst of all, our business is what I'd call "luxury medicine" & we needed our issue addressed ASAP to minimize the downtime of our office without trying to rush anything & risk causing any unnecessary long-term damage or issues, which Carlos seemed to understand completely & empathetically! (Again, the entire process this guy went WAYYY ABOVE & BEYOND) Fortunately for our business, a friend who owns a trade business told me the best person to contact in situations like these, which of course is Carlos from BPR! We were so surprised by the efficiency & speed of the BPR Team that they actually beat us to the office & had a gameplan in place by the time we arrived. They had everything moved, cleaned, & setup sooo freakin' quickly that the preplanned gameplan came in handy as we wouldn't have known where to start... LOL! His team even followed up with us at the end of the 1st day we had BPR's equipment in our office & made some suggestions for how to maximize the efficiency on our end. While I cannot wait to have our office back to normal & hope to never have to call Carlos or BPR again, I would 100% use them again in the future. We did price shop & their price coupled with their sympathy, empathy. & quality work makes it a no brainer for me & my team. (Hopefully for you too!) Thank you, Carlos & Team BPR!!!
