Absolutely over the moon with the work that Edgar and his son did at our home. I was so nervous when looking for a drywall contractor that could match our existing knock-down texture in our main living room, and they absolutely crushed it. Looks incredible! They were very easy to work with, communicated very well and were very friendly, and took extreme care to ensure they left our home better than how they found it. Can't recommend these guys enough!! Pic does not reflect paint, as we haven't repainted the ceiling, but you can hardly tell it's even been repaired. Fantastic work.

Hired Gares Drywall to fix a decent size hole in my garage after my hubby fell through the ceiling. Also had some outdated speakers in the living room that were built into the ceiling. Edgar showed up on time, was very proactive in protecting my flooring and furniture. The finished product was amazing. Very impressive, and highly recommended.

Edgar and his team were excellent! They removed my popcorn ceilings, painted the ceilings, and repainted a few bedroom walls. Edgar was extremely responsive, kept me updated throughout the project, and finished everything on time. I was especially impressed with how clean my home stayed during the popcorn ceiling removalthey covered everything so carefully. You can tell they are very particular and truly care about the quality of their work. The whole process was smooth, and Im extremely pleased with the results. Highly recommend!

Edgar was recommended to me when my house was damaged by hurricane Helene. He came soon after I called and gave me a quote. He replaced drywall throughout the entire house as well as painting the entire house. He and his son and Kamila Very professional and did a great job cleaned up each evening before leaving. Had drywall collapse in our garage. After calling around multiple people, Edgar was the first to come out to assess the damage. From start to finish, Edgar was extremely professional, kind, and respectful of our home. He clearly explained the repair process, answered all of our questions, and did excellent work the before and after difference speaks for itself. The ceiling now looks great, like the damage was never there. On top of the quality work, his pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the short notice and weekend service. Its not easy to find someone who is both skilled and honest, and Edgar absolutely delivers on both. I originally thought I could tackle removing some popcorn ceiling along an air duct box, sanding, and painting myself, but quickly realized it was way harder than I anticipated. Thats when I found Gared Drywall and Paintingand Im so glad I did! Edgar came out quickly to give me an estimate and was back just four days later to start the job. I needed two exterior doors painted, the trim caulked and painted, four interior doors painted, and the popcorn ceiling I had started (and failed at) finished properly. The results? Absolutely phenomenal! Everything looks flawless, and the attention to detail is next level. I have so much respect for them, especially after seeing how difficult popcorn ceiling removal really isits no joke. This company is truly top-tier. Great experience. Edgar showed up on time and completed quickly. I appreciate his openness on other questions I had. Pricing was comparable to others and work was done very nice. Communicaton was slow at first, but Edgar later explained that he gets text messages all day and he is also trying to work the jobs. So, if you need a quote or work done, patience may be required. Otherwise, fantastic work and timeline offered.

From the drywall estimate to the final touches, to the pricing, Edgar was awesome. Best experience Ive had with a contractor in the 29 years Ive owned this house. Had a whole-house repipe done (polybutylene pipe) that left 30 8x8 holes in four rooms. Edgar and Michael were professional, worked clean, worked hard to get my drywall project completed on time and within the original scope. Thank you Edgar, would highly recommend you for drywall repairs and will request a quote from when I paint my house next year! See before and after photos below. I cannot rave enough about this company. Edgar was highly recommended by many people in the Westchase area. Edgar came in and immediately remediated the mold in the ceiling and patched the ceiling for the sake of my health. And then I was on the schedule to have all the ceilings repaired and painted. Im the type who has to get at least 5 estimates for a project.. Edgar came out to look at a room that needed ceiling repair, remove pop corn ceiling and painting a bedroom. I didnt need to call anyone else out because right away I felt good about hiring him and he was reasonably priced. I had many questions that Edgar answered with patience. Edgar and Eric came out when scheduled, on time and very professional. They did an amazing job!!! I cant say one bad thing about this company, only great things! Im so happy with the work they did and I will definitely recommend them!

Edgar removed my ceiling texture, re-textured and painted the ceiling. He worked quickly, respectfully and cleanly. He was kind enough to keep me updated throughout the process to better understand why my ceiling texture had been peeling to begin with. I would highly recommend his services and will be using his again for painting in the future.
