10/10 would not recommend. Right off the bat he showed up late. I took him around the house pointing out places I would like him to paint and repair the wood on the soffit and fascia. It took him quite awhile to fix the 3 areas that I had shown him and then the 2 areas near the garage that he pointed out. I supplied the wood to replace all of the soffit. I had left to run to Home Depot he asked me to pick up a 2x6 which I forgot since I had other things I was fixing. He seemed annoyed that I forgot the board for him. So he went out for his 1.5-2hr lunch and grab the board. He returned and finished what he was doing out front. He came around back to tell me he had finished but I pointed out the posts he had yet to paint. And some spots on the soffit that he did not paint. So he reluctantly painted those I removed the lattice for him to paint since I could see that he did not want to. Later I finished caulking the garage that was unfinished. Kind of sloppy work for a handyman service. You can see where the wood putty was not sanded before he painted on my soffit on the front of my house. Guess Ill fix that later. Definitely not worth the $1357.50! My own fault for not thoroughly checking a professionals work when he was done. Oh also he tried to tell me I put my floors in starting on the wrong side of the house. That its ok you didnt know dude flooring pieces can flip 360 degrees I could have started from the corner and put them at an angle if I wanted. Clearly does not know about flooring since the other reviews. Nice dude but doesnt do the best work.

Handyman came to put light fixture back into wall bathroom and fix issue with drywall around same area. Handyman has to return next week to finish up a couple of things but overall quality is excellent. Handyman took time to explain how he would resolve issue, came to home on time and was courteous and professional.

Jayson assembled a couple of chests, mounted my tvs, put the cover on my golfcart, and hung some shelves & pictures. I will need him to come back & mount my soundbar & speakers, once the mounts arrive. He was efficient and pleasant; just an all around "nice guy." Easy to talk to and no job too small. If you need help around your home, call them!

Hard working. Makes good on design details and shows up when he says he will. We had a bathroom demo and hanging of drywall and it was handled according to desires and plans.

Jayson did a great job on several projects at our house. He knows how to do a lot of repairs and maintenance. He did chalking of our beams and sinks, replaced a microwave, redid tile in the shower, put in a new drain, repaired the door on our mailbox, got rid of the weeds on our travertine tile and more. Highly recommend him!

From my experience, when you hire someone from online, you really dont know who or what you will get. That said, I couldnt be more pleased with Jayson. He is personable, very knowledgeable, and his pricing is very fair. Overall, I got a good vibe from Jayson and will be bringing him back for the next project. I too, like the other reviews, am highly recommending Jayson, a veteran owned company, which is means something to me and may mean something to you as well. The service call today was for front door alignment that was sticking or rubbing against the top of the frame. Thanks again Jayson.

The job originally was going to take 2 days. He finished in 1 day. Also want to mention Jayson is a Vet. Bonus points. The finished ceilings look like new. Very good work. I would highly recommend. I was selling my house and my kids completely broke a drawer. At this time I was living out of state due to work and needed the drawer done ASAP. I called Jayson and it happened to be in the holiday weekend of all days. I explained the situation to him and he said no problem! This man built me a new drawer in a day and even installed it for me. Perfect time before the photo shoot. Needless to say that Ill be contacting him if I need something else done!

Jaysen and his son Harrison from American Handyman Service outdid themselves with screening our patio in. The structure is well built and will stay in place for many- many years . Jaysen even knew to get the screen that no see ems cant get through.i sent pictures of what i was looking for and he did the rest. They are both nice humans, very respectful and friendly.
