This was the first time I used this company and I am really impressed. The repair person I had was Andre, he is very well trained craftsman and did the job perfectly, also he was willing to answer all my questions. He was respectful to my house and cleaned up any mess that was made. I would definitely use ACE Handyman Serving again.

Al was great. He quickly took care of my problem, then asked if there was anything else he could do since the original project only took about 20". It was great. He helped me to replace the shelves I had to take down in order for him to move the washer. Very helpful!

The repair man was professional and punctual. No complaints about the actual service. However, the customer service call to schedule the work and the given estimate was not very accurate or communicated poorly. Was quoted $200 for the first hour and $35 (or something close) after that. Mentioned materials not included. Invoice: Labor: $139x2 $278 Materials: $20 Service Charge:$75 Total: $373 Repair man arrived 8:24am and left 9:25am. Almost exactly 1 hour of work. No idea why I was charged for 2 hours. CS did not mention a $75 service fee. This is not the first review where the customer is complaining about hidden fees or being charged more then what was stated by CS. ACE has replies for those reviews but at some point it's on them to be more accurate with their pricing.

Ace sends qualified handymen to your house for odd jobs. They charge an hourly rate and guarantee the work product. Ace did an excellent job, and even though they had to come back to tweak a repair they made, I was not charged extra for the work. If you book with them, just make sure to pre-buy all the materials in advance to make efficient use of their time. I do recommend using the service if you cant perform the work yourself.
