We had the pleasure of working with John and Joeci to give our existing deck a major facelift. We originally requested the railings be replaced and stairs to lead to our new patio. John was incredibly knowledgeable and gave us recommendations based on our best interest. He went above and beyond and not only installed our new railings, stairs and lattice, but he also repaired the existing framing of the deck. Both John and Joeci were responsive and communicated updates consistently. We were overjoyed at how quickly our materials were delivered and John was here to start the project. He finished our project in 4 days, had an attention to detail, which we appreciated and cleaned up the area beautifully upon completion. We didn't expect our deck to look this amazing compared to what it was before. John has a serious talent considering he was able to turn our 'dumpster fire deck' into something we don't even recognize! We are so satisfied with all aspects of this experience and we will 110% use them for future home projects. We can't thank you enough for our new space!! We used a consultation service with YouNameIt twice! The first was an assessment of an existing shed to help plan a project for renovation and the second was a walkthrough of a new home we intended to buy to help us confidently waive the inspection in order to compete in the current market. In both cases, John was punctual, prepared, and proactive. He found things we wouldn't have thought to look for and provided unbiased opinions on how to best proceed with any renovations and concerns. Communication during and after the walkthroughs was clear and efficient. If not for YouNameIt, I don't think we would have been able to move forward so confidently with our new home purchase and so we really have them to thanks for our new house.
