I highly recommend York/Poquoson Drywall. I called and explained my unexpected challenge with a large ceiling and Glen came out to look, first thing next morning. They fit me into the schedule the very next week (and I know they are very busy). Mark did an outstanding job, and I was fortunate enough that he returned every day through installation/mudding/finishing and clean up was excellent/thorough. I appreciated the early start so I could also go to work while the mud set up each day. Mark is very professional, easy going, answered all questions. Very fair price. Outstanding work and experience from start to finish. And I thank my neighbor who also used them and provided phone number along with 'excellent company' endorsement.

Wow! Professional and reasonably priced. Tim and his coworker, whose name slipped my mind, were fantastic. They got here when they said they would, fixed the ceiling so you can't tell there was a hole in it and left the floor cleaner than it was before they got here!

Tim and Mark showed up on time, were very down to earth and seemed to have a lot of fun working together. Really great experience from a consumer perspective with fair prices compared to local competitors and they did great work! They were able to match our ceiling pattern very well, you can only tell the difference if youre looking for it.

We recently used Yorktown Poquoson Drywall for some ceiling repairs and the entire team is fantastic! Glen was great on the front end, providing timely, honest feedback and a fair price for the work needing done. He was responsive and so nice! Mark and Tim were the two gents that completed the work and WOW, they were both amazing! They were on time every day, so friendly (even stopping to play with my dog), and did beautiful work! They cleaned up behind themselves each day and happily provided suggestions on how to fix a problem area. Started out promising. I contacted them via email and got a quick response. Then I called, explained the job I was wanting to have done/get a quote for. We set up a date and time and all was good. He came out, we talked and he said he would send me a couple different quotes and I should see it hit my inbox later that day. Cool. Well it's 2 days later and I have reached out once per day via email with no response. Oh well I guess. On to the next.

Glenn and his gang put up and finished all walls in my second story addition to an old rancher. The quality of the job was outstanding and the hangers and Stewart, the finisher, have not complained about some irregularities that come while working on not exactly a new construction. Also happy with the pricing although it got so much more expensive since the last time I was in position to hire a drywall company for a new construction in 2005! Heartily recommend the Yorktown Drywall Inc. to anybody whos faced with lots of studs to be covered. Thanks Glenn
