They came out within a few days, helped us settle on colors that worked with our lighting, and got everything done in about a day. The crew kept things clean and the finish looks really even. Williams Professional Painting soundproofed a room in our condo by installing Quietrock over the existing drywall. And they did a wonderful and flawless job. Milton (the estimator and project manager with whom we initiated the project) was fantastic with the planning, organization, and supply chain aspects of the project; and most importantly, he identified the best team for this type of project, and in this case, the team was led by Abel (the foreman). Abel arrived with a team of two other people, and did a great job installing Quietrock EZ-Snap together with Green Glue Noiseproofing Compound, QuietSeal Noiseproofing Sealant (acoustical caulk), and Quiet Putty. QuietRock is not easy to install as it has specific requirements in the context of a soundproofing project, and Abel and his team were consummate professionals, and very skilled with this kind of installation. They have a lot of experience with installing Quietrock EZ-Snap and Green Glue. This type of drywall install is intensive work that requires specific skill and experience; for example, Green Glue cures fast after application, so walls with Green Glue need to be put up right after glue application. Abel and team knew all the details and did everything perfectly, including not only the Quietrock EZ-Snap and Green Glue install, but also extensively sealing all seams with the acoustical caulk, extending the electrical/cable/phone outlets and switches and using Quietputty, putting back floor trim perfectly, and also adding beautiful door trims (which Abel and team made) around the closet and room doors (to match the new wall thickness). At the end, they painted the room and the ceiling, with the exact shade that we specifically requested to match one we had in another room. They did a great job, engineering-wise (the soundproofing works great), and aesthetically (the walls, corners, etc., look perfect, you wouldn't guess that a second layer has been added over the original). The room now looks crisp and new. The painting job was fantastic. In addition, they finished in the timeframe initially agreed upon, and were attentive and responsive (to our many questions) throughout the project. They also left the place very clean. In conclusion, they were a great team for installing QuietRock for soundproofing. We also want to mention that Kat (the scheduling coordinator) was a wonderful communicator, very responsive throughout the scheduling and planning of this project. Thank you!

Williams can perform a host of additional services, and the pricing is great. We called last Thursday and the 2-day job was scheduled the following Monday-Tuesday. Gustavo was the Williams tech for the current project. 10 out of 10 for his professionalism, expert approach and perfect completed job. Couldn't have asked for a better outcome. good painters are not necessarily good at running a business. but Williams does it all. from the first contact to the last, this was a first class business. they came and gave a thorough estimate, then the carpenter and painters came and did a suburb job, and the billing a payment process was smooth and easy. they may not be the cheapest but they are definitely superior! Used them again later to paint a metal balcony and again they were excellent Used them again a couple of years later to repair drywall and paint. This time Edwin came and he too was excellent. A wonderful job, no mess or dust, and looks great. I have recommended the company on my building list serve and now many are using them. All I hear is praise:)!
