Carlos found the right cabinets and a nice countertop, and he finished everything in just one day. He was very clean, careful, and exact. I highly recommend him. Carlos and his team did an incredible job on my father's bathroom. They do meticulous and thorough work. We are very pleased with the way the full bathroom renovation turned out. Carlos oversees all of the jobs with laser like focus. Carlos and his workers are excellent craftsmen that know exactly what they are doing. Carlos did a beautiful job on my new bathroom. This was my first time designing a new bathroom. Initially it was a bit overwhelming. I wasnt sure what I wanted it to look like. Carlos gave me a starting point by asking me a few questions about what I wanted for my new bathroom and it took off from there. I went online and viewed the most expensive bathrooms I could find and found less expensive materials to copy the designs. Carlos gave lots of great input along the way- some things I had not thought of. He was extremely timely, and stayed in contact with me daily- keeping me informed. It was a fascinating process to see a bathroom from the 80s turn into this contemporary, luxury bathroom. Im absolutely thrilled with it! Its stunning!!!... I highly recommend Carlos- I will use him again in the future for more projects.

From tearing out the walls and floors to installing luxury fixtures, the team showcased all elements of their craftmanship. Carlos and his team did a wonderful job repairing a strange leak in our shower which required all new tile and shower pan and a second round of work to resolve another leak in the pipes which he fixed very quickly upon being contacted. The shower door installer was also particularly impressed with the job because he rarely sees work that is perfectly squared off.

The company does exceptional work and are efficient, respectful of property and reasonably priced for the high quality of work produced. We interviewed number of contractors before we talked to Carlos. With him everything seemed so easy from the very beginning to the end: scheduling, professional staff, quality of work, integrity, friendliness , reasonable pricing. Years ago we had very unpleasant experience with a contractor and we were nervous starting our new project, however we consider ourselves lucky working with Carlos. Mr. Castaneda has been a superb craftsman in his work on my roof and vestibule. From the start he was very meticulous in assessing the exact nature of the problem and explaining it to me, as well as offering several possible solutions to the problem. He went out of his way, travelling for at least three hours every time he came to work on the problem or supervising his helpers. I would say that his work goes beyond being a job. It is a service. And he goes beyond being a hired contractor, he becomes a friend.

We wanted to remodel all of our bathrooms, change lighting and replace vanities and expand the shower. While we got quotes and met a number of contractors and construction companies, Carlos-Waypoint home improvement was most professional of all from the inception--providing a clear explanation of services based on the scope, transparent in dealings and meeting the timelines. Carlos is mindful of customer time and an astute professional who doesn't exaggerate and then reduces the price quote. It is apparent that Carlos has significant years of experience in remodeling the bathrooms, tile work, replacing or putting vanities or replacing lighting and faucets. He could easily draw a rough design for our 4 bathrooms, assisted in suggesting the right material for remodeling without focusing much on his own interest of increasing scope of work. Carlos and his team did a phenomenal job with lighting, tile work, putting the vanities and paint. During the work, there was leakage in one of the bathroom and being a licensed water restoration expert, Carlos was easily able to spot the problem and took appropriate steps fixing the problem making us comfortable as compared to some of the other organizations who like to panic the customer first and adopt unfair means. I would highly recommend Carlos- waypoint home improvement to anyone who is looking for skilled services , honest dealings and getting the work completed within timelines and agreed budget.

When I first moved into my house here in Stamford, Connecticut, I came to realize that my remodeling contractor did not finish the project scope. Carlos came to help right away. He did a great job working in the kitchen, bathrooms, painting, trim, drywall work and more. He worked with great communication, was very professional and stayed on budget and on time.
