So our Monday morning started at 0730 in the morning where we woke up to water pouring from a ceiling light. We discovered it came from a corroded screw on our upstairs guest toilet. Once the leak was fixed We had tried to reach out to a few drywall people and none reached back out timely except for VNX. We primarily dealt with Vanderson. He came out looked where the water damage was and was able to give us an accurate estimate. He told us to go first thing in the morning and grab a dehumidifier and two fans. They came next day and quickly removed the necessary dry wall. They were quick and cleaned up any mess. We had the dryers for about a week and then they came back and fixed the drywall. The great thing about these guys is they do remodeling so they were able to fix our electric light and the drywall looks like there was never any damage! They replaced the drywall, fixed the light, textured the wall, and repainted. I'm excited because I have other ideas that I will teach out to these guys for around the house! Can't wait!!! See you guys soon for the next project!!!!
