Mr. Lopez and his team are fantastic! They recently completed some drywall repair and interior painting for us, and we will absolutely be using them again in the future. Mr. Lopez responded to my online inquiry within a few hours, and was there the next morning to give an estimate. He scheduled the project right away. He and his team were punctual, efficient, extremely hard working, and did an excellent job on the all the work. Highly recommended.

When I contacted Vasquez Lopez LLC, Francisco got back with me quickly and came to look at the job promptly. He was professional and not high pressured in his offers for the job I found Francisco and his team to be very professional and thorough with their work. They spent a lot of time removing peeling paint and putting down primer. They put down multiple coats of silver paint which makes the roof look very nice! They were neat and cleaned up well after the job was completed. I would highly recommend Francisco and his team for roof painting or any other construction project you may have.

I can speak very favorably of Francisco, owner of Vazquez Lopez LLC. Over the course of ten years, Francisco has painted my house, stucco'd my chimney, stucco'd cinder blocks walls in the back of my house, installed shiplap on my porch ceilings, installed a metal ceiling under my deck so we could use the space underneath, more and more house painting inside, repaired drywall, and trimmed out my "out of plumb" third floor walls and ceiling that had a tall hip roof. All at a resonable and fair price. I am certain there is more jobs I have forgotten. And when he did not have the availability to repair my front porch, he graciously found someone for me to do the work that he trusted. You are in good hands with Vazquez Lopez LLC!!!

Francisco and his team did a fantastic job repainting several rooms for us. The house is from the 1830s and as a result has several difficult spaces/walls to paint. Each space was handled carefully and showed an exceptional attention to detail. When they left, each room was cleaned thoroughly and you wouldn't have known someone had just been working there.

Excellent work by Francisco and his team. He always shows up on time and works efficiently to get the job done. Weve had our deck leveled, a closet removed and drywall/flooring replaced, and, most recently, significant water damage repair, which included flooring, cabinets and walls. These guys do amazing work and I will continue to use Francisco for my home repair needs!

Francisco and team cut and installed a huge butcher block countertop, including a cutout and install for a farmhouse sink. The butcherblock had to be cut in a "v" for an L shape and match its counterpart. Since my house is old, he had to work miracles to make sure everything was lined up and flush, even though the walls and cabinets were not. He also pulled an old vanity in the bathroom and installed a new one. Super professional, everything looks wonderful. Reasonably priced.
