Lennar Is using this company for the finish, which is not a great quality, no the one we are expecting for what we are paying for the houses, Customer service of the workers really bad and unprofessional

Lennar Homes uses this company, and I just recently bought a Lennar house. Bought it at the end of November of 2022. Just now got somebody to come out to work on the drywall. I was told that they are also working on other houses so they'll be in-and-out. They did some work in the bathroom and then left, and I assumed they were coming back . After waiting for 2 and a 1/2 hours I decided to contact the number that called me this morning to let me know that they were at my home. I was told that they left to a different community already and he can have them return tomorrow. For some reason, they didn't check 2 of the rooms, which one of them needed work so hopefully I don't have to wait another 30 plus days for that to be done. This company came to my house at a time as well before, but NO ONE called, texted , email to advise, so when they got to our house, no one was home because arrangments were not made due to lack of communication. I will also be making a complaint to Lennar.

Man these dudes are awesome they are the best I highly recommended these guys.One of there guys named Jose Villa from Tampa put the drywall in my house and it was great.So these dudes are nice and do their job in a professional way.

They did some warranty work for our builder and were professional, arrived on time and did quality work. When they were done, they didnt even leave a mess behind. Our drywall is as good as new. Thanks for a great job!!

These homies did a great job on a recent shooting job i needed. (Shooting drywall nails). They brought their guns, and got right to work shooting all the studs in our neighborhood. They were also very skilled using their knifes, to cut stuff open. But what really set these guys apart was spray painting. They did a very interesting job of spraying paint a wall behind my shed.

Cesar did a lot of drywall work at my home and he was very courteous and professional.

Don't use these guys. They quoted one price then came with a different price day of construction. They blamed the issue on clerical mix up but did nothing to fix the issue. I ended up using them to keep the project on schedule but then they were not able to finish the work in the time promised. They are late and have poor follow up. Luis Rodriguez is not a stand up guy despite what he says. He's a fast talker that will talk in circles until you hang up.
