United Wall Systems is a top-notch business. I have a 99-year-old house. There were three huge holes in my bathroom walls that they fixed and then skim-coated the entire room. John knew exactly how long it would take (3 days) and stuck to the timeline given. The walls of my bathroom look stunning. From the very start, John, Sean and Tony delivered fast and professional service (and they're super nice guys). I will hire United Wall in the future to fix the hairline cracks in my dining room ceiling. Very happy customer.

We had a fantastic experience with Tony, Sean, and John. The project was repairing plaster ceiling and wall in a historic home (built 1902) that were damaged by water/roof leak. The finished work is a smooth and strong finish even better than the original. Well definitely have them back for future work. They were careful with preparing the area to ensure the debris didnt spread throughout the home. It was reassuring to know they have 20-30+ years of experience working on historic homes like ours. If you want quality (dont we all), look no further.

John, the business owner, provided a quote for a superior method to restore the plaster in my 95 year old house, involving embedding a mesh throughout to deter future cracking. Tony and Sean, who performed the actual installation, took obvious pride in their trade, were always on time, friendly, courteous, willing to share their knowledge, took pains to minimize dust and debris, and finished with a hand sculpted finish topcoat. I've had 2 rooms restored by them and will do a 3rd. Appreciate the talent and experience of the whole team.

I highly recommend them! We had United Drywall repair a couple of large drywall cracks in our stairwells that required the drywall to be removed and reinstalled. They did an excellent job of repairing the drywall. After painting, no one would ever know the drywall had been repaired! Also, they were courteous, considerate, easy to communicate with, friendly and they did a pretty good job cleaning up the drywall dust.

I had a leak cause some plaster and lathe damage in my LR ceiling that caused a 2x3 foot area that had bowed down and needed to be ripped off and repaired. He called me first thing this spring to set up a time to start and again go over the game plan. He walked me through the steps of fixing it and showing me the material that they would use. We recently got electrical work done in our 100+ year old house which left holes in our plaster ceiling and walls. We also had a few places where the plaster was no longer attached to the wooden lathe anymore. We reached out to several locations that repair plaster and honestly, they were the only ones who actually reached back to us. It was a sign that I was meant to hire United Wall Systems to make my house feel whole again. The entire process was so easy and professional. John reached out right away and came by to do a quote. He examined everything and went over his ideas on how he would tackle each problem. Heck, he noticed that in my office the plaster has a sand mixture in it that the rest of the house did not have! I'm amazed by their expertise and knowledge! When it came to the day of, John came first and introduced his crew: Sean and Tony. They were very cordial and they made sure to not get anything messy in the house. They had the whole downstairs covered in plastic and I moved the few things they asked me to move (they even offered to help). John explained the whole process step by step and how the end result would look like. After they completed their work, my wife and I were floored. When they said they'd match the texture of the plaster, they really do mean it. If it weren't for the fact that I have to repaint a tiny bit, I couldn't tell where the holes were! The work is truly masterclass. The detached wall was the most impressive part, because in my nearly 10 years owning the house the wall finally looks normal (plus now it has a metal frame within! That sucker ain't breaking anytime soon)! I cannot stress just how great of work they provided. Being in an old home I have no doubt I'm going to end up punching a few more holes into the wall to update something one day. I thankfully have a company to turn to when that day comes. Do not second guess hiring United Wall Systems. They will make leave your home better than it was before.

This was a fairly small job, but rather complicated. The project was repairing a textured wall and coving and ceilings damaged by a water leak. John did an excellent job of assessing, explaining and updating. The crew did a very good job of ensuring the mess was contained and cleaned up, and the finished work was spot on. Not even the most critical eye would be able to tell where the original (1932) plaster work leaves off and the rebuilt repair begins. Thank you for a job well done!

John (point-of-contact) surveyed the situation, described what needed to be done, and estimated the cost/timing... a very reasonable price and timing. A crew of experienced plaster artisans arrived 8am every day (Tony and Sean). They setup plastic barriers to cordon off the work area. Work continued during each day until drying time required stoppage for that day. They cleaned when finished. They attended to detail and the finished product is a professional, beautiful job. I fully recommend their services to anyone.

Our stucco was starting to show its age after living in the house for 25 years. We started our search and found John at United Wall Systems. John immediately responded to our initial request for more information. After a quick discussion, we set up an appointment for him to come to our house. During that meeting, he took time to explain what they would do to bring the house back to life. We really liked the fact that he took his time and answered all of our questions, He did suggest that we change the color to better match the stone on our house. He had many pictures of previous home for us to look at. By the end of the meeting, I think he was just as excited as we were to complete the project. Before, during and even after the project communication was excellent. If we sent an email, it was answered within 24 hours and usually the same day. Phone calls were either answered or responded to quickly as well. The entire crew was professional, respectful and did an amazing job on our stucco project. We only have stucco on the front of the house so the project was completed in about three days. The house looks far better than when the house was first built. I really like the fact that when it gets wet, it does not change color at all. The finish quality exceeded our expectations. John has been doing this for a very long time. His experience was one of the reasons we picked him for our project. Now that the project is complete, we know we picked the right guy!
