I gave them one star because zero was not an option.. Truitt came out and gave me an estimate and time to reroof my house as I was having some leaks in the house. They kept giving me start dates and wouldn't show up. They finally showed up and set shingles on my roof because I told them I was going to call someone else. The shingles set on my roof another tree weeks. The finally showed and shingled the house. the didn't put new flashing on ANYTHING. The next big rain I still had leaks. some were in the same places. turns out it was the places that need new flashing. I called Truitt's sever time They said they would let me know when they could come out. They never did. Don't be fooled.. There is no warranty with your roof. zero.

My mom is 77 years old. First they broke tree limbs, made a mess everywhere! Left overnight the trailer parked in her driveway, blocking her car in the garage where she couldn't get out. They completely took down her Satellite Dish and just left it dangling off the side of the house. Those refused to put it back up. So she is going to have to call Dish to come and reattach the dish to roof costing her $150.00. She had a reliable company set up, but because she lives in a patio home the neighbors just wouldn't agree. You can really tell when people live cheaply and cut corners.

They had some gutters installed with our roof replacement. gutters are leaking. can't get anyone to call us back from their office. haven't heard from them for nearly 2 months. now they have multiple law suits against them and stole 30k from a local church. RUN AWAY from truitts

The experience with Truitt's Roofing was great until the leak developed. Since then it has been month after month of nothing done, and endless excuses and apologies. The interior damage to the house continues to mount each time it rains. It appears that if you aren't actively paying these folks for work being done now, you are at the bottom of the action list. This didn't need to be this way.

They are probably the most professional roofing company in Missouri honestly everything is done with excellent service and dedicated work. The company isnt just your average business the owner takes highly depths to make sure everything is done 110% right. He takes very good care of his customers an his employees. The owner is the most humble guy you will ever meet.

I cant recommend these guys enough. They did an outstanding job on my home and were an absolute pleasure to work with. Chester was very knowledgeable and professional. After the work was completed, Dakoda did a follow up to ensure everything was done correctly. Needless to say, everything was awesome. If I ever need any work done again, it will definitely be done by these guys.

I cant say enough good about this company! They had excellent customer service and got the job done super fast! Chester was patient and helpful considering my insurance took a long time to approve the job. He pretty much took care of all the details so it was worry free for me! I highly recommend Truitts Roofing!

We were very pleased with the customer service and professionalism of the Truitts Roofing team. They were working on a roof in my neighborhood so I decided to give them a call. Chester returned my call immediately and we had an appt scheduled that week. Their bid was very thorough and we felt the pricing was fair. This was a crazy and stressful summer to put on a roof with all the rain and ours was going to take several days to complete. I never worried once because Chester was always in communication with me every day until the project was complete. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Truitts came out this week and put a roof on our house. They gave us a fast and free quote a couple months back. They helped us make a claim through our insurance because we had excessive hail damage from earlier in the year. They came out and had our roof done in 1 day. And left our yard and drive way mess free. And the crew was very friendly. We are overly pleased with their work and would recommend them to everyone! Very highly satisfied.
