Very disappointed. Was interested in some mudding and sanding for one room. Texting and gave them exactly what was needed. Went back and forth getting scheduling. The last txt I received before they were getting me on their schedule for an estimate, was they charge a minimum of $2,500.00. Just letting everyone know this info before they call for an est. I cancelled my estimate. Could have saved some time hearing the price first.

We recently had True Coats Painting paint our entire 3 bedroom, 1 bath home in Belleville from head to toe walls, ceilings, trim, doors, and cabinets and they absolutely crushed it. Alex and his team were great to work with and our project was completed beautifully. We had our interior first floor walls and trim painted by TrueCoats along with the cabinets in our pantry. The team was meticulous in patching holes, filling in imperfections and taping off to protect our floors and surfaces. Alex gave expert opinions when asked, and his input was very helpful. TrueCoats just finished painting my house and I am very happy with the job they did. Quoting was very transparent, work was thorough (extra rotted board found beyond pre-work review, it was replaced with no extra charge). Team was very understanding when some rain came through, they stopped work for the day and came back after house fully dried off. I would recommend them to anyone.

Alex came in on a Monday to give us a free estimate. His team was back that Thursday and Friday and finished our project in 2 days. They worked long hours and everything looks great. True Coats did a great job! Alex and his crew diligently worked on our repairs before the painting began. Alex made some recommendations about ways to brighten up our home and it worked out nicely. Second Review: It has been several months since Alex completed our painting but we discovered 2 minor issues we wanted him to address. Excellent work done quickly. Their staff was professional, yet friendly. Ours was a two tone project, and they approached it systematically; first replacing woodwork where necessary, then caulking to seal everything up right, then priming and painting. The transformation that Alex and his team managed to pull off on my home was amazing. 2100 sq ft house that had been well lived in for 20 years - his team took care of all the nail pops, nicks, dents and scratches in the walls, and helped a few DIY projects not look DIY. Communication was excellent - I always knew the status of the project and concerns were addressed quickly. The trim and doors went from 90's wood to white, ceiling was refinished, and they did an amazing job on touching up my first attempt at floor moldings and quater-round. Just an all around outstanding job.
